INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Dear customer
We are delighted that you have decided to buy our product. With your new steam cleaner
you can clean your floor or other surfaces simply without any chemical additives. Due to the
different accessories, the device is multi-functional.
We hope you enjoy your new device.
Prior to using the device for the first time, please carefully read through the
Operating instructions and store the instructions in a safe place.
The instructions are to accompany the product when passed on to others. The
manufacturer and importer assume no liability for cases where the data in these
instructions has not been observed.
Symbols on the device and in these operating instructions
All safety notices are marked with this symbol. Carefully read
through them and obey the safety notices in order to avoid injury to persons or
property.
Tips and recommendations are marked with this symbol.

Safety instructions
Intended use
This device is exclusively intended for cleaning smooth surfaces in indoor
areas. It is designed for private use and not suitable for commercial application.
Risks of injuries to children and adults!
□ Keep the package wrapper out of the reach of children. There is a danger
of suffocation!
□ Keep the unit away from children and do not leave them unsupervised in
the vicinity of the device.
□ Keep the device inaccessible for children!
□ Ensure that the cord does not cause a tripping hazard.
□ Keep the steam opening away from persons, animals or sensitive surfaces!
□ Always wear toe-covering shoes when you use the device!
□ Do no touch the surfaces of the device when in use! They become hot
during use. Let them cool down before touching them.
□ The device has to be positioned on a stable floor when turned on. Do
not use it while carrying it.
Electricity-Danger of electrocution!
□ Do not immerse the device into water and keep the power plug away
from humidity!
□ Do not touch the power plug with wet hands!
□ The unit is not suitable for outdoor use.
□ Plug the device only into a socket, which has been properly installed and
complies with the unit’s technical specifications.

□ Prior to each use, check the device for damages. The device must not be
used if it exhibits visible damage.
□ Do not disassemble the product. Have repairs carried out only by a
qualified workshop or by customer service.
□ Use equipment (e.g. filters of extension cords) recommended by the manufacturer only.
□ Turn the device off, pull the plug out of the socket, and let the device cool down.

□ If you wish to pull the plug out of the socket, never pull on the cord, just on the plug
itself.
□ Have a damaged connecting cable repaired only by the manufacturer, customer service
or a qualified professional.
□ Never use the device unattended! Turn the device off and pull the plug out of the socket
before you leave the room.
□ After having used one tank of water, let the device cool down for about 1 hour before
using it again.
□ Never steam at other electrical devices!
□ Never store the appliance outdoors!
Fire hazard
□ Do not squash or bend cables and avoid bringing them into contact with hot surfaces.

□ Keep the device and cable away from hot sources such as heating, etc.
Damage to appliances and other property
□ Never transport or move the device by pulling the cable or carrying it on the cable.
□ Do not use any solvents or abrasive cleaning agents when cleaning the device. They
could damage the device's surface. When needed, wipe the device with a slightly damp
cloth.
□ Test the device for the first time at a discrete place. If you are not sure whether the device
can be used on your floor, please contact a specialist.
□ Never fill the device with other kind of additives, such as cleaning agents, de-scaling
agents (e.g. vinegar), alcohol, fragrances, etc!
□ Never push objects into the appliance’s vents/nozzles and ensure that they are not
blocked.
□ When using the appliance on laminated floors, the laminate floors should have been laid
professionally and not have any gaps or cracks in which humidity could enter.
□ Heat and steam may damage and remove the wax applied on surfaces!
□ Never steam at one spot for too long time.
□ The appliance is not suitable for use on unsealed wooden floor
coverings, soft plastics, and wooden furniture.
□ Do not use the appliance on frozen windows!
□ Be careful when using the appliance on glass as the glass may break!

Starting up
Remove the unit from the packaging and ensure that all components are present. If this is
not the case, please contact the retailer.

Choosing an attachment
Extension tubes
Use these tubes for extending the device
1. Press and hold the button on the gun and attach one
extension tube to it. The button has to snap into the
gap of the extension tube.
2. If you wish to use one more extension tube, press the button on the
extension tube you have just attached and fix the second one in a
similar manner.
Round brushes
Three round brushes are supplied with the product. Both black nylon brushes are suitable for
cleaning difficult-to-access spots or gaps.
The wire brush is suitable for highly dirty places.
Be careful when using the wire brush! It could damage surfaces!
1. Press and hold the button on the gun and attach the
nozzle to the gun until it snaps in. The button has to snap
into the gap of the attachment.
2. Screw the desired brush on the attachment.
You can use the nozzle without brush as well.
Floor attachment
Check before each use if the cloth is worn out. If this is the case, do not use it!
You can use the floor attachment with or without cloth. We recommend you to
use it without cloth for carpets, etc. and with cloth for smooth surfaces, such as
flagstones, laminate. etc.
1. Attach the extension tubes to the gun, as described
under “ Extension tubes”, then attach the floor attachment to the
extension tube. If needed, you can use the attachment without
extension tube.
2. If you wish to use the cleaning cloth, put it over the attachment and tighten the cord with
knot if necessary.
You can use commercial cleaning cloths as well with the attachment

by fixing it with the clips, as shown on the picture to the left.
Window attachment
1. Attach the extension tubes, as described under “Extension tubes”,
and then the window attachment to the extension tube.
2. With the steam leaking out of the nozzle on the bottom
of the attachment, you can clean smooth surfaces, such
as windows, etc. with the rubber side.
Cloth brush
Danger of burning! Never steam clothes while they are being worn! The
vapor is hot!
Hang your clothes for steaming to the supplied clothes hanger.
Use the cloth brush to steam and unwrinkle your clothes.
1. Unscrew the cap as illustrated.
2. Insert the supplied clothes rail into the opening on the back side of
the appliance with the screw thread upturned as illustrated.
3. Screw the cap tightly so that the rail is fixed in the opening.
4. Screw the clothes hanger support on the rail.
You can extend the clothes rail by pulling it out. Turn the tubes to
fix them in desired position.
5. Attach the cloths attachment to the gun.
6. Now attach the cleaning adapter or the brush to the attachment –
according to your needs.
When using the cleaning adapter, put on the cleaning cloths.
7. If not in use, you can hook the brush into the support as illustrated.

8. Screw the support on the rear of the appliance down as far as
possible so that the appliance will not turn over when hanging
clothes on the clothes rail.
9. Hang the clothes you want to clean with a hanger on the support.
10. Turn on the device as described under “Connecting and using the
appliance” and brush the clothes while steaming them.
Filling in water
To avoid early calcification, we recommend you to use distilled water.
However, you can use normal tap water to refill the device.
Damages caused by calcification are excluded from any guarantee.
1. Lift the handle as shown.
2. Pull out the water tank as illustrated and take it out of the
appliance.
3. Open the air-tight filter and write down the date on the red label,
which is stuck on the filter. Please replace the filter after using for
one year.
4. Insert the filter into the device as shown.
5. Turn over the water tank and turn the cap in the direction of the
arrow.
6. Fill water (max. 2litres) into the tank.
7. Screw the cap onto the tank and turn over the water tank. Check that
no water is leaking out.
8. Insert the water tank into the device.
Connecting and using the appliance.
. Never steam at persons or animals! Danger of scalding!

1. Connect the plug to an easy-to-reach socket.
2. Attach the desired attachment to the appliance.
3. Press the red on/off switch on the device. The LED in the switch will light up.
4. Choose steam level between 1 (low), 2 (medium) and 3 (high):
1: low steam level
2: medium steam level
3: high steam level
5. Wait about 30 seconds until the appliance is heated up.
6. Press the steam release button and steam will come out of the opening
of the attachment. Release the button if you want to stop steam. Move
the device on the surface to clean. Test the device for the first time at a
discrete place. If you are not sure whether or not the device can be
used on your floor, please contact a specialist.
7. To turn the appliance off, please press “off ” first and then the red on/off switch.
8. If you wish to change the attachment while using the device, turn off the appliance
completely. Pull the plug out of the socket and let the appliance cool down completely
before changing the attachment.
9. Pull the plug out of the socket after each use!
Refill the water
Refill the water tank only when it is completely emptied, no steam is emitted, and
the appliance is completely cooled down.
1. Press “off’ and then the red on/off switch. The red LED in the on/off switch and the device
will be turned off.
2. Pull the plug out of the socket.
3. Let the appliance cool down completely before refilling the water tank.
4. Unscrew the cap.
5. Fill the tank with fresh water – max. 2litres.
6. Screw the cap on the water tank.
7. Connect the plug to the socket.
8. Press the red on/off switch, to turn on the appliance and choose steam level (1.2 or 3).
You can change the steam level during use.
After use
1. Turn off the appliance after each use by pressing the red on/off switch. The red LED will
be turned off.
2. Pull the plug out of the socket after each use.
3. Let the appliance cool down completely and empty the water tank as described under
“Care & Maintenance” before storing it.

4. Wash the cleaning cloths as described under “Care & Maintenance”.
Care / Maintenance
• Never immerse the appliance in water.
• Never use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.
• Never put any decalcification agents or anything else into the devise
• Empty the water tank after each use to avoid early
calcification!
1. Turn off the device and pull the plug out of the socket.
2. Let the device cool down completely before cleaning the device and emptying the water
tank.
3. Lift the handle and take the water tank out.
4. Turn the water tank over and carefully remove the cap.
5. Pour out the remaining water in the tank.
Never put decalcification agents into the water tank. We recommend you to fill the water
tank with water once a month and agitate the tank to loosen calcification remains. Then
empty the tank completely and let the appliance dry with an open tank.
Wipe the appliance clean with a damp cloth if necessary and eventually with a mild
cleaning agent.
Washing the cleaning cloths
You can wash the cloths in the washing machine at 40o C. Never use bleaching agents!
Troubleshooting Problem Possible cause Remedy
Appliance is not turned on, steam release not pressed, appliance not connected to power socket, or appliance not yet heated up.
Check if the device is connected to an outlet, turned on and if you press the steam release. The device has to heat up for about 30 secs.
No steam
Water tank is empty. Fill the water tank with water as described under,” Refill water”.
Instead of steam, water is coming out
The water is condensing in the tube.
Press steam release until steam is coming out. Lay a cloth under the steam openings as water can come out.
