Sophie’s offers globally influenced yet decidedly American and Puerto Rican cuisine in a luxurious intimate setting featuring a cocktail bar, open kitchen and private dining area.
Working closely with julie Babcock of chipman Design, customized molds were developed to produce continuous, multi-use panels, where the shapely pattern flows seamlessly. This gracefully designed, kiln formed glass, enhances Echo’s elegant repu-tation and curvaceous appeal.
Echo Glass is brightly visible from both sides, and is the newest creation from Nathan Allan’s endless reservoir of exclusive, high end, decorative glass products.
