WHO AM I??

Background of Neal Izham:

Before I go even further, allow me to introduce myself, my name is

Neal Izham Bin Sharifudin and people call me Neal.

I was born in a small town of Kluang, Johor, Malaysia.

Being a smart kid in school of Kluang High School (Sekolah Tinggi

Kluang, STK) scoring straight A’s in PMR I was promoted to further my

studies in MRSM Tun Ghaffar Baba (formerly known as MRSM JASIN)

where I scored excellent in the SPM examination.

Later I pursue my study in Johore Matriculation College (Kolej

Matrikulasi Johor, KMJ) before continuing my Degree in Civil

Engineering in University of Malaya UM, Bangsar Kuala Lumpur.

You see, I was always focusing on my studies until one moment,

something just…. SNAP!

During my second year in University, I had the downfall in my life

where everything seems to be falling apart. My family’s business were

in financial crisis where my dad were struggling to build his trading

business and things get even more complicated when I heard he’s going

to go bankrupt.

business that I’m involved with, right after I finished SPM, and we grow

the business from scratch where I used to become the driver and sales

How I got started?

One night when I was having fever my “old” MRSM friends where I had

never contacted him such a long time called me that night saying that

was I interested to attend for an education based seminar.

You see, I’m geared towards educational stuff, so I decided to follow

him to attend the seminar.

As usual, it was a business presentation meeting or what so called the

“Business Official Opportunity Meeting B.O.O.M” also known as

business preview.

Frankly speaking I was hooked by the product, an online based

education platform where students can do their revision via online

which is cool for me to promote it as I personally had my tough time

back in MRSM where I have to do the things manually back then.

I was fascinated by the growth of technology as it simplifies the study

work as a student and encouraging students to study smarter not

harder…

…and what makes me even more pumped to join the business as it has

a business plan to achieve RM30,000 in just 30 days!! Wootwooott!!

I said to myself, I’m gonna make this happen! I just knew I could DO IT!

So……I DECIDED to JOIN…

university.

What decision I made – finding the solutions

So I decided to pull off the chord, and I start searching out the

internet.

The first thing I was looking for was how to do prospecting online.

Decided to become a platinum member in MLSP, an online MLM

training platform – BEST education ever, help me growing my

knowledge and skills on the IM world.

Bumped into affiliate business that pays me 30% to 50%

commissions.

RESULT for my findings?

The SECRET to SUCCESS!

PLEASE READ this carefully. Pay close attention to every word.

Core Commitment #1: Blog Daily Dear bloggers, affiliaters and network marketers. Blogging doesn’t require you any expenses. It’s free. It just delivering your idea, creativity, promotions and random thoughts and it will be spread virally through the internet with interactive videos and images on it.

You may start blogging on Wordpress.com or even typical Malaysian newbie they love to blog on Blogspot.com as majority of you haven’t heard of Empower Network blogging system. Its almost the same as Wordpress.com but the special part is, Empower Network is scientifically engineered to sell stuff at higher conversion rate. There are 4 important parts of a Blog Post I’m going to briefly talk about each of the 4 important sections. Remember - the part that makes this whole system work is a MASSIVE group of people posting QUALITY content each day. If you blog daily - every day, for the next six months - it will take you about an hour each day to do, and there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that will create a more sustainable business and presence online than just consistently focusing on getting better, and better at blogging.

The best part? There really isn’t anything technical about it with us - it’s easy, and all you have to do...

...is be consistent. Most people in the internet marketing niche think that they should only blog about their ‘topic’ I’ll tell you from experience - that’s full of it. People want to know about you, your passions, your ideas, and what makes you tick. One time, David Wood wrote a post ranting about the Government on his personal blog, and it brought in over 250 leads in a couple of days, because it sparked interest in a whole group of people that don’t usually visit his site.

So here are the 4 important parts of a blog post:

The Title: This is easy - just write what your post is about - make it a

short sentence. Your first one could be as easy as “Why I got involved in The Empower Network” or “My Ultimate Plan To Get Money”

Leave the quotations out of it. (Avoid using All CAPS and avoid using special characters such as - * % @ etc, as this will create a poor permalink)

The Body: Just write a 500-700 word article. Mix up the body with

short paragraphs, quotes, use the editing options to bold and italicize and make your post visually appealing.

Use photos or add a video from YouTube that helps you illustrate your point, or gives you some inspiration. If you ever take content from someone else’s blog posts or articles - make sure to reference the source and post a link to the original author’s article.

The Call To Action: The ‘call to action’ is the part of your article

where you tell your visitors what they should do next. Depending on your post – this could be telling the to share your post, to leave a comment, to purchase what you are promoting within your post, or if you are an affiliate of the Empower Network you may decide to direct them to your Empower Network capture or sales page.

Most like to put that in a P.S. line, because after 2 years of blogging and getting millions of visitors per month on our personal sites, We’ve noticed that if we put a call to action in the middle of a post, that people don’t comment, because they don’t want their friends to see something ‘salesy’.

We also notice we get higher conversions if we make it more subtle - because better content attracts more repeat readers. The Call To Action is a crucial step if you are using the Empower Network blog to promote a product. It gets your readers accustomed to following your directions, so when the time comes to purchase your products they will. It is also crucial if you are using Empower Network blog to express your personal thoughts to the world. By asking your readers to share your post they will. Without a call to action they will click away from your post and move on to something else on the internet.

The Tags: This is to the lower right of the posting area, and most

people who are new miss it, and don’t put any tags in. Basically, tags are just one or two word groups that describe what a post is about, and they help sort information from Search Engines. Write 5-7 tags about what your post is about. If you’re writing a post about the Empower Network, for example, your tags might look like this:

More advanced training on tags is covered in the 15K Formula for those who are ready for advanced Keyword and SEO. Really, there are no special ‘tricks’ to know when you’re getting started - good, quality original information attracts traffic like bees to honey, you just need to be consistent and blog daily.

Next,I’d usually recommend my students to sign this personal commitment, to post AT LEAST one new blog entry per day, for the next 100 days and hang this up where you will see it daily. “I, ______________________, am committing today, ___________________(date), that for the next 100 days, I am going to spend one hour posting a unique, high quality article to my personal blog on the http://empowernetwork.com website. My hundred day challenge ends on _____________________(100 days from today). Signature___________________

*I’m very sure that 90% of bloggers out there they don’t practice this

approach. Trust me, it works because I’ve done it and still doing it.

Core Commitment #2: Market Daily

This is where you can really get creative. Whether you are marketing your own products, other affiliate products, or you have decided to become and affiliate of the Empower Network. Here is the core concept of how David Wood, the founder was able to build a business so quickly, without spending a dime of his own money, only re-investing a small percentage of his profits back into marketing. A Word Of Advice:

“If you want to be RICH, then take 20% of ALL the money you make, and re-invest it back into marketing... It doesn’t matter what budget you start with - what matters is that you commit, RIGHT NOW, to always do this in your business...”

Here’s the key: Your marketing won’t suck forever. Eventually, you’ll get really, really good at turning one dollar invested into marketing into five dollars in revenue. If you can do that consistently - do you really care how much you spend? You’ll want to spend as much as you can, as fast as you can, when you’re good. Commit that starting right now, you’ll take one hour per day and solely focus on marketing your business and getting it in front of new people.

Try new methods of paid marketing and/or syndication of your posts – and here’s the rule: If something doesn’t bring in as much as you spend on the front end, after 3-5 attempts: Stop it, and try something new. Most people fail at marketing because they just keep doing the same stuff that doesn’t work any better in a year than it does now. Test things - find your niche, and in a year, it’s unbelievable where you’ll be. One hour per day, and 20% of your revenue, and you’ll be unstoppable in a year.

How do we know? Because that’s how we did it. Learn, do, teach - that’s the formula for marketing greatness. You need to aim to have every dollar spent bring in three - but until you’re there, feel free to test, experiment, track, and improve your results. Imagine being able to spend $20,000 per month on marketing. How fast do you think you can grow your business? It really is unlimited. That would make most people feel ‘not’ comfortable - but you realize, that you’re not spending $20,000 per month out of your own pocket - you’re reinvesting that money from revenue - when you realize that, you’re thinking like a real entrepreneur.

Core Commitment #3: New Member Coaching

This is one of the simplest and most direct commitments. Simply call your new customers who get started, and make sure they go through this training. Make sure that they have been through the Fast Start Training, and understand the value of upgrading to whatever package is appropriate to them. The better your communication is with new customers when they are just getting started - the longer they’ll stay around. And if they are also an affiliate, the more money they’ll make, the more pass up sales they’ll generate for you, and the more ‘residual’ your income will become. Here’s the cool part though If you call your new customers, about 80% of them will upgrade to the Inner Circle Membership, which will increase your residual income by five times, per member that upgrades.

Core Commitment #4:

Tune Into “The Empower Hour” Every Week Every Monday night at 9pm Eastern Standard Time (6pm PST) we will be hosting “The Empower Hour” where regular ongoing training and coaching on how to build your business and online presence will take place. All new products and upgrades introduced to the system will be introduced in real time on these webinars and the initial offerings will be live on those webinars. This means YOU MUST be on these calls when this happens because if you are not on these calls and you do not upgrade before someone in your organization below you then you miss out on the 100% commission opportunity from those people.

Core Commitment #5: Listen To A Daily Audio

Daily audio training is absolutely transformational. Most people think that they don’t have time to listen to an audio training every day amidst their busy lives. However if you realize that your audio time can “fill in the gaps” and “be done while doing other things” and you really do have plenty of time everyday to listen to an audio training. This kind of task can be done while driving in the car, or while cleaning your house, or doing some mundane repetitive task or even when jogging or working out. The “brainless” task that you do everyday can have you with your headphones on or in your car or in your house with the stereo or computer speakers up even while cooking dinner or relaxing after a hard day’s work. Why listen to audio training you ask? You actually have the chance to listen to influential people and you get to learn how they speak. You begin to understand the science of how they present their teachings to an audience. Not only do you learn what they are teaching you but you begin to understand language patterns, as well as using the right tone of voice at the right time.

You learn how to “paint a picture” or a metaphor that relates to all people from all walks of life. This is truly the way that you learn to influence an audience of people and ESPECIALLY the following of people that you will create. ALSO: Every Video or Webinar Training posted in the Empower Network will have a downloadable audio version in MP3 format for you to transfer to whatever music device you have, whether it’s an iPod or you burn it to a CD to listen to in your car. You will first want to watch the videos and webinar but then listen to the audios from it over and over so as to not forget what you have learned and really drill home some of the concepts and teachings that didn’t “click” with you the first time around. Every Day in every way you will get better and better – if you listen to an audio training everyday.

“There is absolutely no way to increase your income quicker than reading 30 minutes a day” ~John C Maxwell Obviously the best way to learn writing skills for your blog is to read books and learn from the best writers. When you can read what the leaders and teachers write, you can then learn how they write and incorporate that into your writing. We actually only ask that you read something for 15 minutes every

day. In today’s technological world and the advent of the internet, we can read blogs from other bloggers inside of the Empower Network as well as other well known experts in the internet marketing industry. Get comfortable reading an article a day by someone else in the industry. The most asked question by bloggers is “what should I blog

about”? The easiest way to get ideas on what to write about is to read what others are writing about from multiple sources and then formulate your own informed opinion of the subject matter. Then writing an article is easy. But the wheels need to be turning in your brain to have the creative juices flowing in order to create good quality content. When getting ideas from other articles you

don’t want to copy the writer word for word. You want to rewrite it in your own way of speaking. If you quote the article give credit to the original writer and link to their post.

Core Commitment #7: Attend Live Events

The live events are where everything comes together. There is something that you can’t get sitting in front of your computer. There is something that solidifies in your mind about what is happening and you begin to understand the power of being in the same room with producers who are making more money per month than most people in a year. The personal interaction with the teachers and leaders in the Empower Network is exceptionally important. The difference between most events and Empower Network events are that our events are not geared to be a “pitch fest” like most events. These are all geared around training and content that actually help accelerate your business by 6 months at the minimum. You will have 90 Days to plan to be at a live event.
