Attendance at all meets is expected, let coaches

know well in advance if you will not make a meet.

To be entered, swimmer & parent must complete

online entry process for each meet.

Swimmers that do not complete this process for

each meet WILL NOT BE ENTERED

Events will be determined by coaches, with input

from swimmers via online web tool

On deck 15 minutes prior to scheduled warm-up

Wearing team gear Bring a water bottle and healthy snack

Emphasis on personal improvement and team
