CLEANSE & CONDITION• Before washing your human hair wig or hairpiece, gently

remove any tangles with your Jon Renau paddle brush or Jon Renau wide tooth comb

• Hold wig or hairpiece under cool running water. Gen-tly lather the hair with a capful of Argan Smooth Luxury Shampoo while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling

• Rinse thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear• Apply Argan Smooth Luxury Conditioner, avoiding the

base cap of the wig or hairpiece (applying conditioner to the base of the cap may weaken the knots)

• With your fingers, work conditioner through the ends of the hair for about 3-5 minutes

• Rinse thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear

DRY & STYLE• Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat to re-

move excess water • DO NOT use a brush to detangle your human hair wig or

hairpiece while it is wet, gently use your Jon Renau wide tooth comb

TIPS:

• It is recommended to use professional grade heat styling tools with digital temperature settings to control heat

• Your styling tools should be set no higher than 350° F to help maintain the integrity of the hair

• Spray Heat Treat Thermal Spray on to each section as you heat style to protect hair

• Versatile 3-Way Hair Spray works great to help hold your finished style. Adjust the nozzle to “L” for low, “M” for

medium hold, or “H” for high hold, depending on your needs

• When curling your human hair, you can use small metal clips to hold each curl while cooling for a tighter, longer-lasting curl.

For a looser, more natural looking curl, allow curls to hang while cooling

• Boho Beach Mist can be used to on dry hair to add texture and revitalize natural curls

• Apply HD Smooth Detangling Spray, (3-5 pumps) focusing on the bottom half of wig or hairpiece. Gently comb through again with your Jon Renau wide tooth comb

• We recommend that ONLY the Jon Renau wide tooth comb is used on your HD wig or hairpiece. Other tools will cause frizzing/tangling

• HD Fiber can withstand heat tools up to 350* F, however, Jon Renau recommends working at 270*-280* F

Flat Iron HD Fiber• Heat your flat iron to 270*-280* F• Starting at the nape, take ½ inch-1.5 inch sections • Spray Heat Treat Thermal Spray on the section to protect

the fiber (1-2 pumps per section)• Staying at least 1-2 inches away from base, slowly smooth

Curl HD Fiber• Heat your curling iron to 270*-280* F• Using your Jon Renau wide tooth comb, gently comb hair

free of tangles• Starting at the nape, take ½ inch-1.5 inch sections of hair

(Smaller sections=tighter curls, larger sections=looser curls)• Spray Heat Treat Thermal Spray on the section to protect

the fiber (1-2 pumps per section)• Gather hair into curling iron, smooth through to the ends.

Roll iron up towards base of wig or hairpiece, staying 1-2 inches away

• Hold for 10-15 seconds, then turn the tip of iron toward the ground and release curl into palm of hand

• Holding curl in one hand, gather up towards base and secure curl with a small metal clip (like a pin curl)

• Allow curl to cool completely (about 5 minutes); remove clip and let curl hang naturally

• Hair can be combed with your Jon Renau wide tooth comb(or fingers for best results) to blend curls

TERMS & CONDITIONS

How to order and establish credit• We ask that you establish a credit account prior to making purchases with credit. You may do so by completing one of our credit applications. Note: All California businesses must submit a resale certificate prior to placing an opening order.

Payment Terms• On opening orders we accept payment by Money Order, Visa, or MasterCard.

Sales Terms• All sales are final. For your protection, we ask that you inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. We will correct duplicate deliveries, incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. You must however, notify your Account Manager of any order discrepancies within 5 days from receipt of goods.

Shipping • We offer same-day shipping from next day early morning delivery to regular ground service. Any drop shipment will incur a $5.00 fee.

Damaged Merchandise • In the event damaged merchandise is received, contact your Account Manager within 5 days of receipt. See details in returns section below.

Lost Merchandise • On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit. Should this occur, it will be replaced once shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and merchandise replaced.

Returns• Any item that has been cut or customized is not eligible for return.

• Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by your Account Manager. Customers must receive a return authorization number (RA#) or UPS return label from their Account Manager. The RA# or label must be visible on the outside of the box, or it will be refused and returned to sender.

• Any items not included on the RA will be returned to sender.

• All returns that are not due to shipping error, order entry error, or deemed defective by our quality control department will be charged $8.00 flat rate shipping fee, per return label.

• Permission to return goods must be obtained within 5 days from the receipt of the goods. All unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.

• No returns accepted after 15 days of invoice.

• There are NO CASH REFUNDS. A credit memo will be issued. Credit card customers will receive a credit to their credit card, depending on the issuing bank this may take up to 3 business days.

• Merchandise returned must be in its original condition, including all packaging (hang tags, box, packaging paper, etc.)

• If an item has been altered in any way (cut, colored, etc), we cannot accept the return and it will be returned at sender’s expense.

• All returned items will incur an $8.00 restocking fee.

• All human hair items are subject to an additional $25.00 restyling fee, per item if not returned in its original condition. All synthetic and HD items are subject to an additional $8.00 restyling fee, per item if not returned in its original condition.

• Discontinued items are not eligible for return.

• Your Account Manager can answer any questions regarding this or any other Jon Renau policies.
