The Eag le Serie s of PIR-018H, PIR-045H and PIR-100H Outd oo r Passive Infrared Dete ctors aredesign ed for d etection o f intruders at dista nces 27,60 or 150 me tre s respect ively. The Ea g le PIR-018His a so-called volumet ric det ecto r, i.e. it covers alarge surface with a wide angle. It has a nominalran g e o f 27met res. The Ea g le PIR-045H and PIR-100H are long range curtain type detectors, i.e.they cover a long na rrow area w ith a nominalrange of up t o 60 and 150 met res.

The d et ecto rs incorpora te microprocessor con-trolled sig na l processing including signa l sha pean alysis, a da ptive t hreshold level by fe edb ack ofenvironment al effects, tempera ture compen sat ionan d rejection of disturba nce sign als.

The Eag le PIR det ectors are d esig ned to be used inconjunction w ith a CCTV system w here t hey canalert the operat or of a ny motion in the coveredarea . They a re a lso very useful in comb ina tion w itha Video Motion Detector (VMD) w here the tw o
