Ⅰ. Partner Portal & Others

1. Login


User must login to use the e-Partner System.

1. Login by entering ID, password on the main screen.

2. Contact system administrator via email or phone to reset password when lost it.

1) Enter ID.

2) Enter Password.

4) A new window will open and user can download the Corporate Brochure.

5) User can check number of Order, RMA, Stock, Training, Q&A, Download manager. Click the Contact us button to contact system administrator to reset password when lost it.

6) Order, RMA, Inventory, Training, Q & A, Download can be seen to Contact. Contact system administrator via email or phone to reset password when lost it

2. Changing password and basic information


Regularly change password for security purpose.

1. Click MY PAGE > My Profile of the Top Menu after logging-in.

2. Click the Edit Button and change password and basic information on the My Profile

View.

1) Enter and verify password to change it.

2) Enter item to update and click the Update Button to update the information.

3) Clicking the Cancel Button will direct user to the My Profile View screen.

3. Checking and changing My Page


Menu to select contents under the product image on initial page displayed after log

ging-in.

1. Select 3 items from Order, RMA, Stock, Training, Download, and Help Desk

2. User cannot select any item unless he/she has an access to 6 menus.

3. Access through My Page > My Page.

•Layer1: Location of 1st display on the main screen (left) • Layer2: Location of 2nd display on the main screen (middle) • Layer3: Location of 3rd display on the main screen (right)

1) An error message will pop up if user attempts to select already selected content.

2) Click the Submit Button and update contents once selected all the contents to change. (Refer to the picture 1-6)

3. Checking and changing My Page


• [Picture1-5] Main Page

1) Product image registered with Customer Product is displayed. ‘NO IMAGE’ will be displayed if product image is not available.

2) Contents selected in My Page are displayed.

4. Content Us, Search


Direct link, the whole search functions are provided.

1. Click the Contact Us to display list of person in charge by menu.

2. Clicking the Search button will display results of searching for keywords entered.

1) Login information will disappear and user will be directed to log-in page when clicking the LOG OUT button.

2) Click the MYPAGE button to move to the My page screen.

3) Click the CONTAC US button to display list of person in charge with their number. (Refer to the Picture 1-7) )

4) Search result value of keyword(s) entered for All, Order, Training, ECN, Error Code, and Help Desk(Refer to the Picture 1-8)

1) The Category is divided by Order, RMA, Stock, Training, and Download.

2) Click the Inquire Button to send email through outlook

Output item: Name, E-Mail

1) Output result value for searched All, Order, Training, ECN, Error Code, Help Desk. Clicking any of the menus will display the More Button.

2) Click the more Button to move to menu search list screen.

3) Click to move to Checking yearly education and application screen.

4) Click the Download Button to print selected ECN file.

5) Q&A, News will direct user to Detailed View screen while FAQ will be directed to the List screen.

5. Authorization to access to menu


Every user can have an access to pages that are authorized to them only.

1. Authorization can be divided by accessible, not accessible, and display.

6. Common function of list screen


Description of function on top of the List screen.

1. Total number of data.

2. Number of output line in the list adjustable.

1) Total number of data.

2) User can select from 10, 30, 50, 100 to adjust number of list on the screen. (At least 10 lines)

Download Product Manual registered with Customer Product.

1. Click the Product Button

2. Only final versions are in the list. Click the More+ Button to display old versions.

3. Click the Download Button to open a download window then click file(s) to download.

Ⅱ. Download

1. Manual

• [Picture2-1] Download > Manual

• [Picture2-2] Manual List

1) If there are more than 10 products, +More Button will appear and excessive number of products will be displayed when it is clicked.

2) –More Button will appear and the first 10 products will be displayed when +More Button is clicked.

3) Customer Product List: Clicking it will display selected product manual.

4) Click the More+ Button to display the rest versions in the Category.

5) Click the Download Button to open a download window where user can download necessary manual.

Search and download ECN in Excel File.

1. Search ECN by Document No, Unit, Title, Product, Date.

2. Download ECN in PDF File.

• [Picture2-4] ECN List

1) Search ECN by Document No, Unit, Title, Product, and Date and download it.

2) Download the entire ECN data in Excel File..

3) Click the Download button to install Adobe Reader which opens ECN File if necessary.
