INTRODUCTION

What is an e-portfolio? A living collection of materials assembled over

time to document and demonstrate an individual’s best work.

When do you use an e-portfolio? Any time you want to showcase your best work,

such as: Job Interviews Performance Reviews Application processes (such as college applications) Promotional Opportunities

Create an outline that you will insert into your e-portfolio depicting a logical transition of thoughts ORGANIZE, ORGANIZE, ORGANIZE! Determine what you want to share Collect your materials Categorize your materials Create a road map – how do you want your

reader to “travel” your portfolio?

Select a e-portfolio tool and sign up! Create multiple pages to match the “map”

you created, beginning with an introduction After you’ve created the appropriate pages,

begin inserting the “evidence” you’ve selected to feature.
