Opening of the meeting by Ms. Aina which started with all participants introducing themselves. Agenda of the meeting:To review the Process and Instrumentation diagram draw by PRWSB.To discuss the arrangement for site visit.To discuss the desander engineering detail with STI personnel.

Site Visit:

Site visit date is changed from 9th of December to 7th of December because PRWSB got training to attend to on the 12th of December. Ms. Aina will inform on the date latest by 28 th

of November.

PRWSB request that the visit to be delayed to 16th of December. PCSB enquire on the effect to the PRWSB design completion dateline if the visit to be made on the 16 th of December. PRWSB will inform PCSB later.

Desander Installation and Commissioning:

The Desander is planned to be installed on the lay down area close to the wellhead, with desander inlet facing the well. Will be confirmed during site visit.

STI will do the first time calibration and setup for the sand sentry system during the commission.

Desander Process Detail:

IWSSB already received all required datasheet, drawings and design detail from STI. To hold full set submission until final payment by PCSB.

Desander Presentation and Discussion:

Presentation by Chris on the Desander working principle and advantages.

Simulation by Chris on the desander monitoring and control through online web based monitoring program (FieldLINQ).The program able to monitor:

I. Weight subjected to front Load CellsII. Weight subjected to rear load cellsIII. Total weight of the desanderIV. Solid accumulation percentage

Chris informed that PRWSB to include 10” of pipe allowance at the inlet and the outlet of the desander in their design.

It have been found out through discussion with Chris:I. The desander local panel display the sand trending on its local indicator and can

replicate the signal to another 4-20mA indicator installed in the control room. The trending can also be monitored through FieldLINQ.

II. The desander local panel connection is following military standard and is not suitable to be used at Zone 2 hazardous area.

PRWSB to amend drawing.

IWSSB/STI to adjust the connection according to the standard.

The meeting was adjourned at 5.10 p.m.
