• The DOC was formed in 1974.

• In 1975 we– Held the first DOC

Rally– Sponsored the first

Ducati-only race– Created our first

We had our first Factory trip in 1977

• We helped sponsor Mike the Bike in the 1979 TT

• Our Tool Hire scheme started in 1981


• We adopted a new badge in 1984

• Our first Track Day was also held in 1984

• We were heavily involved in the 1986/7 Italian Festivals at Donington


• Another new badge appeared in 1988

• Desmo went to a full colour cover in 1988

• In March 1992 the DOC became a Limited Company.


• We launched our first website in 1997

• In 2001 it was hosted at docgb.org for the first time.


• The DOC’s Ebay shop was launched in November 2003

• We redesigned the club logo to a simplified design in 2004


• The redesigned website went live in June 2004

• The DOC Forum (left) went online in 2005
