Day 1 Dubai
Upon your arrival into Dubai airport, you will have a private transfer from the airport to the hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to spend at leisure, and in the evening relax and enjoy a welcome dinner with a two-hour drinks package and a chance to get to know others within the group. D

Day 2 Dubai – Abu Dhabi – Dubai
Today, after breakfast, you will be transferred to Abu Dhabi for a full-day city tour. Begin with a stop at the impressive Grand Mosque – named after His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the late President of the UAE. It is one of the largest mosques in the world and the biggest in the country, and is able to accommodate more than 30,000 worshippers. Today is a free day, where you can either relax by the pool, spend some time shopping or you can choose to do one of our optional extra day tours. B

Day 4 Dubai
Start your day early with a private coach transfer to Meydan Racecourse, where we will have “Breakfast with the Stars” during the morning track-work. This exciting event features live commentary, entertainment, interviews and a lavish breakfast buffet, providing you with a chance to watch the Dubai World Cup contenders work out on the track ahead of the big day. At 9:30am, you will be transferred back to your hotel where the rest of the day will be at leisure. Then at 4pm you will be picked up for the desert Safari with a BBQ dinner. Ride across the dunes in a vintage 1950s Land Rover, have a camel ride and take part in a falcon demonstration, before sitting down to dinner with live entertainment (please note
alcohol is not included on this tour), before heading back to the hotel for the night. BD

Day 5 Dubai
Race day! We have a private coach transfer from the hotel to Meydan Racecourse, where The Gallery tickets are included.
The Gallery is situated in sight of the finish line and offers a good view of the horse racing and the Dubai World Cup opening ceremony. Guests can soak up the electric atmosphere in this outdoor area from the comfort of the grandstand seats.
Food and beverages are available from the inside areas behind the seats. Guests can enjoy their food either inside with the comfort of air conditioning or outside at
their seat in order not to miss the racing action. This package includes afternoon tea, gourmet dinner snacks, soft drinks and standard house beverages. A premium list will be available for anyone who wishes to purchase a bottle of Champagne on the day. Admission to The Gallery is through Gate G – the Meydan Theatre entrance at the Meydan Grandstand. The Gallery ticket holders also have access to Apron Views. Dress code to be observed. After the races are finished, we have a private coach transfer back to the hotel. B

Today after breakfast the tour concludes and will end with a private transfer from your hotel to Dubai airport for your forward journey. B
