    Situation:The residents of the 27-story beachfront condo knew thattheir badly corroded inbound potable water main could failat any time. The entire condos water supply was in jeopardy

    Situation:Aged copper potable pipes caused chronic pinhole leaks,slab leaks, mold damage and ooding to timeshares at theluxurious Welk Resort. Management decided to have NuFlow rehabilitate all hot and cold potable lines in 298 units,which are between 20 and 30 years old.

    Welk Resort Timeshares: Entire Potable System Rehabilitation

    Location: La Jolla, California

    Situation:The customers sanitary system experienced chronic backupsdue to heavy root intrusion in the pipe line. This 4" claysewer pipe line runs 6 to 9 feet underneath hilly terrain fromthe homes yard and through his neighbors yard. Thecustomer wanted a no-dig solution to preserve the yards.

    Solution:Nu Flow successfully cleaned and lined this underground drainline without having to dig up any yard. After the blockedsanitary line was cleaned and reinstated, our Pull-in-Place linerwas installed using existing access points. This structural linerforms a new, protective pipe that will prevent future failures.

    Hidden Valley Home: Underground Drain Line Rehabilitation

    Location: Portland, Oregon

    Situation:This historic apartment complexs 80-year-old galvanized

    and copper potable pipes experienced pinhole leaks, lowow and would not provide hot water due to heavy corrosion.The HOA saught after an effective long-term solution thatwas also cost-effective, quick and not destructive.

    Location: Coronado Island, California

    Situation:Part of the 10 cast iron mainline for Las Flores Tower wasmissing. A traditional, costly re-pipe would have caused

    destruction to the lobby, driveway and street. The copper hot

    recirculation lines and vertical cast iron storm drains experienced

    corrosion and leaks.

    Solution:Nu Flow cleaned and lined all three 36-year-old pipe sy stemsby accessing the existing connection points on the roof andinside the parking garage. The mainline and storm drain lineswere lined with our Pull-in-Place structural lining and the

    potable system was lined with our blown-in epoxy coating.

    Las Flores Tower Condominium: Drain and Potable Rehabilitation

    Location: Louisville, Kentucky

    Situation:Vertical drain stacks were clogged in the 10-story apartmentbuilding and leaking because of grease buildup. The system

    consists of 21 stacks with cast iron pipes 100 feet long and3 in diameter.

    Solution:Nu Flow was able to retrot 10 oors at a time withouthaving to relocate any residents or cause any destruction

    to the building. The drain stacks are now free of corrosion,buildup and pinhole leaks.

    Situation:This luxorious waterfront condominium experienced constantslab leaks and pinhole leaks. The copper water pipes, whichrange rom 1/2 to 2 in diameter, were about 35 years old.The residents wanted a long-term solution to st op the leaks

    that would not destroy the property.
