Dry Type Distribution Transformer SC(B) Series Resin-insulated Dry-type Power Transformer Introduction: Our resin-insulated dry-type power transformer is designed and manufactured under the latest German technology. We fully adopt the German filling-based vacuum casting technology and introduce the new technology of "Positive Pressure Casting" to make this type of transformers superior among dry-type transformers. With the rapid development of the economic improvement, now the unoiled, fireproof, safe and reliable dry-type transformers with long service life and easy maintenance are more and more widely used. The resin-insulated dry-type power transformers are mainly used in hotels, high-rise buildings, business centers, residential areas, stadiums, factories, airports, ports, subways, mines and wells, especially in the places with special requirement on fire protection, such as the places with limited installation space or that acting as power consumption load centers of cities or towns. Features:

With high overall mechanical strength, its cast coil can resist short circuit better than that of oil-filled type or other dry-typed transformers.

The compressive strength of epoxy resin is much higher (by 3.5-4 times) than that of air, and its dielectric coefficient is also higher than the latter, which makes its benchmark impulse level (BIL) high.

The product has good damp-proof and corrosion-resisting properties, especially suitable for working under extreme environments. It can be put into use without drying process after stopping running.

It has low local discharge rate and long service life. Under vacuum processing and cast molding, there is no interturn or layer bubble in its coil. Its local discharge is the lowest among the like products. In addition, with high mechanical strength, the epoxy casting dry-type transformer is free of deformation under the electrical short-circuit power. It also has good dustproof and antifouling properties and longer service life compared with other dry-type transformers.

Low wear and tear, low temperature rise and high efficiency. It is oil-less, pollution-free, flameproof, flame retarding, self-extinguishing and fireproof. It needs neither a separate transformer room nor core hanging overhaul or bearing beam, which

saves both area and space. Oil-less and without poisonous gases, it is pollution-free. It does not need such auxiliary structures as oil pits, saving cost on civil engineering.

Easy to install, it needs no debugging and little maintenance. It is unnecessary to replace or check the oil material, saving running and maintenance cost.

It is equipped with the complete temperature protection control system, providing reliable guarantee for safe running of the transformer.

SG(B) Series Grade-H insulated Non-enclosed Dry type Transformer Introduction: Manufactured by the UL-certified NOMEX insulation system under the US Dupont Relintran technology, the SG (B) Grade-H insulated Non-enclosed Dry-type Power Transformer is of great overload capacity, safe, reliable, environment-friendly, energy-saving, fireproof, explosion proof, antifouling, damp proof and easy to maintain. With advanced design, reasonable structure and a good shape, its main performance indexes are higher than the national standards. It is most suitable for the environments demanding for fire protection and featured by high load fluctuation and frequent overload running. It is suitable for high-rise buildings, airports, stations, docks, subways, hospitals, power plants, metallurgy industry, shopping centers, residential areas as well as petrochemical industry, nuclear power plants, nuclear submarines, etc. The bran-new transformer value-added solutions have brought about a new generation of energy-saving, safe, green and environment-friendly products! Features:

Safe The heat resisting and insulation level of the transformer is above Grade H. It is flameproof, flame retarding, self-extinguishing innocuous and fireproof. The coil does not crack. Using the advanced VIP equipment and vacuum impregnation technology, the product has outstanding dampproof, antifouling, dustproof, moldproof and salt fog resisting properties. It is also able to withstand thermal shock and does not crack for life. It does not generate local discharge. It is compact and light. The main insulation material is Dupont NOMEX, which is used as the mixed insulation system at the hottest position of the transformer. With high heat resisting level, the product is compact and light.

Reliable It can run well above the nameplate indicated level. With new structure, new materials and new technology, it has a good heat dissipation capacity, long thermal life and terrific overload capacity. As a quality electrical insulation material, the NOMEX paper has lasting and steady electrical insulation property and mechanical properties, not easily aged, resisting contraction and compression as well as wear and tear and corrosion thanks to its great elasticity, which can keep its coil compact against short circuit for several years.

Environment-friendly The product does not pollute the environment during manufacture, transportation, storage and running. The winding can be decomposed and recovered, doing no harm to the environment but keeping pace with the trend. The product is flame-retardant but not combustion supporting or explosive. It does not release any poisonous gas below 750°C. With low noise, it can meet a higher demand for low noise in urban area.

3D Cubic D style roll iron core H grade non-encapsulated winding dry-type transformer Introduction: The 3D Cubic roll iron core non-encapsulated winding dry-type transformer, reform creatively the traditional transformers’ magnetic circuit configuration and whole composition. So as to the products not only have all the advantages of H grade plane non-encapsulated winding dry-type transformer, but also the 3-phase magnetic circuit symmetry entirely, the 3-phase no-load current balance, no-load loss and no-load current are lower, smaller size and light weight as well as quiet, are warmly welcomed by more and more users. The products are widely applied in high buildings, shopping centers, airdromes, sub-way, stations, docks, petroleum, chemistry industry, nuclear power stations, nuclear nukes, residential areas, light rail transit, power plants and so on, wherever should be fire proof, burst proof. Features:

Initiate “3D Cubic D style roll iron core dry-type transformer”, new & unique configuration, advanced capability, multinomial patents;

Iron core winding seamless, core column is absolutely rounded, the value section fill factor of iron core is more than 99%, optimal design parameter;

3-phase magnetic circuit shortest, reluctance loss least, no-load loss and no-load current is lower than international standard 40% and 80% respectively, benefit remarkably from energy-saving, little loss, power-saving.

3-phase magnetic circuit are equal in length and symmetry, 3-phase voltage balance, without wave distortion, very little noise (lower than international standard 10db);

Using U.S. Dupont “NOMEX” insulating materials and Germany “MORA” winding technology for the coil insulating configuration, upgrade the products insulation and heat-resistance to H grade, decrease 80% of fuel;
