OVERDENTURE

OVERDENTURE WITHOUT IMPLANTS

A conventional overdenture is carried directly

on the oral mucosa and is often fixed with

clue. Due to the lack of loading the jaw bone

shrinks – in consequence the denture grip

decreases and painful pressure sores may rise

on the oral mucosa.

OVERDENTURE WITH ALLIGATOR

SNAP SYSTEM

On 2 OKTAGON® implants in the lower jaw.

By means of according fixture elements the

prosthesis snaps into the ALLIGATOR system

and provides safe support.

On 4 OKTAGON® implants in the maxilla. The

chewing force will be transmitted into the jaw

bone and thus a shrinking of the jaw bone will

be avoided.
