1. Cluster Food Safety and Quality Manager for both Hilton and Waldorf Astoria

Managing health and safety, food safety, fire safety, biosecurity, public health
and housing.
Implement safety risk management practices in line with the company’s health
and safety policy
Assist in the reduction of guest complain relating to health and safety, fire safety
and food hygiene.
Carry out food poisoning investigations, writing to manufactures as required and
analyzing hazard analysis information
Audit both hotels to confirm health and safety/food hygiene compliance.
Conduct food safety and HACCP Audit for both hotel
Train all employees in the requirements of HACCP, food safety, health and safety,
SSOP and prerequisite programs
Lead the HACCP and food safety team members in both hotels

Contributed to output of the Manual of health and food safety for the Egyptian Hotels Implement the HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and ISO22000 at the hotels kitchen. Assess the star degree of the Hotels according to the food safety and health and safety
