    Statement: Creative marketing, Design and Branding and are the skills able to bring color and life to cutting

    edge projects and ideas translating them into visual compelling contents. Over the last twenty years internet

    got recognized as one of the most effective form of commerce available today also called the internet of

    things, almost every business has an online presence, while for others who still havent, will have their major

    competitors always being on top of the spot, missing out on potential valuable targeted customers. My goal is

    to work with world-class clients directing them off the curve, offering the best-in-class solutions from start to

    Over 23 years of experience in the internet industry and the web world, branding, design, global marketing

    strategies online and offline, social media management and pr. I presently work with my business partner

    Stefano Tancioni (based in Rome), consulting for public administrations and start-up companies. Previously Ive

    worked along with my Business Partner Alston K. Cheek for our New York based creative agency / boutique

    called Cultura Studio that offers Internet/web and development related services, marketing, branding and

    design consultancy. I am also working with my collegue Stefano Tancioni consulting start-up companies with

    business pitch and marketing projects, also working with in a project for the city of Rome and the Public

    Administration called Comunicherete. Before Cultura Studio, I was a business owner of a

    web/design/marketing consulting company called Pinkmedia, born in January 2006, upon multiple customer

    requests. Ive been business owner and partner of various web related companies both Italians and

    internationals. Ive worked for 19 different companies, agencies, firms internationally, and on more then 200design, web and marketing projects. I own a Japanese martial arts sport association in the Vicenza area,

    where I teach as 4th Dan of Ninjutsu, under the Bujinkan organization of the Grandmaster Masaaki Hatsumi. I

    am a pro-active self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, creative and innovative person, with excellent

    communicationaI skills, I get satisfaction from well-rounded, follow-through marketing approaching concepts,

    towards growing industries and corporate sells that works, taking them to the next level, within businesses

    10Q INTEGRATED MARKETING AND BUSINESS CONSULTING SERVICES ROME (ITALY)

    10Q is a group of heterogeneous professionals that operates from the Rome headquarter in the online and

    offline world, benefitting from the advantage of working with trustworthy collaborators in various regions across

    Italy, allowing the company to absorb experiences that nurtures our minds, and governs our creative thinking in

    each and every project we work on.

    We like to use the prefix AIR because we are open to collaborations with other companies and entepreneurs

    in Italy and the rest of the world. Our references and multiple experiences allows us to offer solutions with a

    qualitative competitive advantage in todays crowded market.

    My role in 10Q, which read 10Q but its pronounced Thank You, covered a mix of brands concepts

    creation and development of operational and organizational business strategies, , business plans preparation

    along with projects pitch presentations, consulting in particular from small size startups to big corporations.

    I worked with my business partner Stefano Tancioni on creative concepts of various projects while developing

    and implementing innovative solutions able to grant and drive engagements between their constituents and

    the consumers, leveraging the companies strengths pursuing their advantages, also managing the creation of

    highly successful products, services and integrated marketing campaigns.

    COMUNICHERETE: A UNIQUE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM FOR THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

    Comunicherete is a project born from an idea of my business partner and friend Stefano Tancioni. The project

    has the scope to simplify and satisfy the demanding need of an improvement into the communication process

    between operators, administrators, employees and stakeholders in the public administration environment.

    The project has been brought to life after an extensive study of all the organizational operations, the

    understanding of every protocol required to make the communication between players involved working in a

    complicated world such as the national public administration.

    Stefano and I worked on providing a reliable tool able to grant and improve the organizations

    communication, easing and aiding the internal dialogue between offices, key players and institutions to better

    serve the public.

    The project initially has seen a phase of collaboration between Comunicherete and Ancitel, the national

    organization that regulates rules and laws about public administration in Italy, guided by the President and

    political figure Piero Fassino.

    My role at the beginning of the project involved the developing of a platform with similarities resembling a

    social network suitable to operate as a new and faster channel to directly connect and converse with specific

    departments, or group of people, in real time, deliver files, news, comments, polls, and any kind of information

    that operators in the public administration exchanges and communicates to each others.

    I worked on the early stage contributing with information architecture advisory, defining, documenting, and

    articulating functional scopes. I was also involved in analytical aspects of the project, such as ideating new

    functionalities able to improve online tools able to shorten the distance and the flow of information between

    player of the public administration. My role will also involve activities of online marketing through social media.

    10Q srl Customer - WALLIN (TV) SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL SIGNAGE PISA (ITALY)

    I am working with my collegue and Business partner Stefano Tancioni of 10Q Srl (Rome Italy) consulting them

    in their start-up process, after being already sponsored by Italian corporations such as Microsoft and Tim

    (Telecom). Stefano and I has both worked on

    Wallin is a young company located in Pisa, that has created a winning product that has already capture the

    attention of corporation such as Tim (Telecom) and Microsoft. Wallin is a media platform based on the cloud

    that uses digital signage technology and live streaming of feeds deriving from social media channels,

    displaying them in real time on different sizes displays (smartphones, tablets, tv screens) making it a marketingtool that goes beyond traditional software and focuses on creating a new revenue stream for different brands,

    and drives customers engagement and enhance in-store and retails experiences.

    I am working with my business partner Stefano Tancioni as senior marketing professionals, laying out strategic

    planning, qualitative and quantitative research on the interactive media market, providing creative

    development, creating innovative appropriate solutions, and sales promotion tools like web content, landing

    pages, delivering investors presentations and pitch, marketing plans, social media marketing support, always

    using enthusiastic and forward-thinking maintaining a consistent digital strategy, focusing in ensuring to

    achieve continuous and improved business performances relying in all the data to contribute to the

    organizations ROI.

    SPOT SAS SPOT PROMO (Distributes and sells promotional products and handcrafted promotional items in Italy

    and the EU)

    Spot Promo is a company located in the Vicenza province area, that distributes, sells, and creates

    customizable and branded promotional products, company gifts, gadgets and handcrafted quality articles in

    the national territory and in Europe, constantly seeking new vendors and partnership to maintain a high level of

    quality products and always fresh ideas to propose to their customers and potential customers.

    I am working as a Marketing Consultant, responsible for preparing and coordinate specific communication

    and advertising plans, integrated marketing campaigns, always ensuring the achievement of all the company

    objectives and goals. I analyze and study the competitive market and companies, performing research, usingdata to create new revenue streams and commercial sales channels.

    I manage the company social media accounts, developing creative quality solutions and various programs for

    online promotions in order to maintain the company online visibility, and my customer web sites, focusing on

    maintaining a consistent brand awareness and image across diverse media.

    Also assisting in creating new strong partnerships with international vendors, interacting with customers through

    social networks platforms, following up with clients and online sales associated, addressing questions, inquiries,

    or issues in order to grow new business.

    I conduct market research on new business opportunities, creating presentations about sales strategies to

    promote the product according to the latest market trends and products features, using entrepreneurial ideas,

    that streamline marketing operations and provide a better support to the sales team. Always proposing a new

    variety of items and articles to sell online in the company web sites, maintaining a high level of engagement

    within users and potential new customers. I also attend trade shows, conventions and seminars to stay current

    in the industry, I supervise products photo shoot and design collective branding material for the company.

    FOLLADORE: A company that provide powder color coating of products and logistic services

    Folladore encharged me to create a new project about a new company web site, reinventing the company

    brand, after various ownership passages. Gaining information, contents, seeking answers, photos, and any

    possible piece of information, I am building a new structure that involves a logo and marketing collaterals

    redesign able to communicate a the new era with the scope to build a new and strong message, alsoselecting significant and meaning stock photos that identifies the company pay-off based on the colors of life.

    Also working in collaboration with the young and talented photographer Enrico Merlo, to create and setup a

    photo shoot, supervising it for a new set of pictures that will streamline the new corporate brand and web site

    telling the fresh start of an extremely determined company.

    Building a rich and strong web site structure that will tell the company story, differentiating it in services towards

    their business customers and the services dedicated to private clients.

    Conducting an extensive market research on the competitors, extracting the most important and usefull

    information to be used within the new web environment, while creating with my business partner Stefano

    EDILIZIA & FUTURO: CONSULTANT FOR NEW MATERIALS IN THE HOME BUILDERS INDUSTRY

    I am assisting the consultant Davide Sininaglia with the creation and the development of a new brand image,

    including logo, and marketing collaterals, able to communicate the home building industry in Italy.

    FEDERAZIONE MANDOLINISTICA ITALIANA Italian Mandolin Federation (F.M.I.)

    FMI regulates and associates mandolin plectrum orchestras, groups, Italians solo musicians, and passionate

    people about musical instruments and the music industry. FMI is structured in regional federations, and where

    not yet constituted, uses people to reference within regional Italian orchestras or associated groups.

    I got elected in 2015 as part of the Board of Director, my role covers online and offline marketing, pr, and it

    assistance. Managing the federation social media channels and web site.

    Presently I am organizing an international music composition competition that will be held in Dublin,

    collaborating with The Flavours of Italy of I taly Group where the competition will take place during the second

    half of September 2016. Managing transportation, accommodation, initiative able to attract musicians and

    supporting musicians from all over the world, advertising it over different media channels, interviewing the jury,

    the musicians, and all the key player that will make this event possible.

    With the advantage of deriving from the japanese Martial Arts world, I am assisting my ex teacher and friend

    Anthony Lucas, to get off the ground with an innovative program that unites into a characteristic set of skills a

    boot camp suitable for women, millennials and middle age groups of people.

    Covering the multiple requests of innovation within the body reinforcement world, Anthony Lucas created a

    unique and innovative program that includes several combat methods, martial arts concepts, meditation

    sessions, and breathing exercise to be marketed within sports stores, martial arts and combat arts dojos, fitness

    centers, gyms, public spaces and all of those places where people gathers to exercise everyday.

    I am currently assisting developing different marketing plans to apply upon the target, studying the market

    trends, the competition, gathering all the necessary material that will help me to create a strategic campaignto apply online in particular through social media, able to engage with the people that wants and feels the

    need of feeling good with their own bodies and looking for an everyday physical wellbeing.

    I am building an innovative supporting system for my brother car shop, that will allow him to offer online

    consultancy on cars, engines, car parts and any types of questions regarding the automotive world. I am

    kind service, thanks also to my experience working for Mercedes Benz that allows me to bring a competitive

    advantage on the car shop industry in Italy.

    I assisted my cousin Antonio Vialetto who called me to co-teach classes in technology for elderly and seniors

    people.

    The program consisted in how to operate and understand computers through a unique style teaching in a

    classroom environment with a structured curse curriculum, divided in the use of a computer, setting users

    accounts/passwords, install programs, printers, accessing programs, upload files/videos/pictures, using internet

    browsers, working with movies, photos, and audio files, play videos, music, and using other media devices, andnot least internet safety.

    During the entire length of the classes, we kept in mind how valuable is many older adults is to learn how to use

    technology, to stay relevant, current and connected in a technologically savvy world. Teaching seniors about

    technology allows them to keep in touch with a much younger generation, families, siblings and friends from all

    over the world. The scope of our classes was to create a connecting bridge towards the generational gap and

    provide seniors with an opportunity to qualitatively enhance their lives in their later years.

    International Transaction Settlement Bank Holding PLC, is an English Public Limited Company, with the

    headquarters in Ascot, U.K. It is the ultimate holding company of all the entities that make up the ITSB Group,

    and a such a diversified financial and bank holding company.

    I was responsible for building a program able to protect the company liability and policies over social media,

    also creating business and online marketing strategies able to communicate the company diversity in the

    crowded fintech industry, conducting extensive research on the market, the financial tech trends, all the

    ultimate technologies, the competition, using the data to create daily reports, that helped the Atelier Electra

    to create cutting edge products and services to differentiate and granting a new revenue stream to thecompany, also working side by side with the legal and creative department.

    ORCHESTRAPLETTROBREGANZE.IT Mandolin Orchestra

    The Orchestra a Plettro di Breganze is an orchestra that dates back to 1903. One of the unique mandolin

    plectrum orchestra of its kind in the north of Italy area, multiple times awarded with multiple important prizes

    and recognized by the most important orchestras director worldwide.

    The orchestra has meant a lot to me because my late father used to be part of the orchestra when It was

    called La Valletta in the 1950s.

    I assisted the orchestra President in organizing and gaining the necessary historical material to write a book

    narrating the orchestra over 100 years old history. I also helped in managing their social media accounts, the

    web site, and at t imes following the tour to supervise photo shooting and video services.

    At the present day the Orchestra a Plettro di Breganze is still accounted as one of the top 10 mandolin

    orchestras in Europe.

    a fashion accessory in 2013. Thanks to the business spirits of the four, the brand has soon become and

    appraised by major stockholders in the industry and defined one of the best fashion accessories thanks to the

    capability of the product to inspire and engage todays consumers through a perfect symmetry between

    iconic design and high quality materials available at an affordable price, reviewed by multiple magazines and

    newspapers worldwide. D1 Milan is currently present in the best fashion boutique in the world.

    Thanks to the extensive company knowledge in the fashion world, we provided to D1 Milano a unique design

    approach towards the building of an online presence with the objective to communicate the innovation

    about their product while establishing their brand awareness worldwide.

    The field of fashion design demands immense creativity, skills in problems solving and capabilities for aesthetic,

    sense of color shades, combinations, patterns, etc. Keeping in mind all of those fundamental factors we used

    We got in charged to create a web site that looked attractive, with a combination of easyness for the users

    and technical solidity, while offering the chance to quickly get a simple access to their online account system,

    providing the highest level of professional services, for which we collaborated with Osra thanks to their high

    level in supporting the system and accounting software integration options.

    Vesco & Giaretta wanted to source all of their businesses through the web, and to administer it that way as

    well, helping the practice run more efficiently while performing excellently in pure accounting terms to taketheir branding capabilities to a whole new level, making imperative that the website served as an effective

    platform for the companys future marketing activities, relying on a fully integrated accounting software, with
