1. Collaborate with NGOs & Institutions providing skill development and vocational training 2. Network with Corporates & Business persons for sustained job opportunities 3. 1. Appeal for job opportunities
Speak to Corporates and Business owners for employing
Differently Abled. Many organizations already have policy of
Diversity & Inclusion and employ PWD (Persons with Disabilities)
Rotarians who are having their own business can also employ
differently abled adults based on their skills and competency.
For organizations which have not yet employed differently abled
people, Rotary will facilitate a session with experts on their
abilities and help to sensitize before onboarding.
Rotary will share the list of Skill mapping, identifying jobs that can
be done by persons under various categories of disabilities.
