Matthew Rosa Gardner Honors English 4 December 2014 Assets You are the prey Assets chewing the earth alive Everyday we step outside, we lay on the plate Guided bombs will find you, before you find them You can try and hide, but there is no stop to this madness Assets will continue to destroy humanity Like the bite of a rattlesnake Blood on walls, Tears falling, Hearts breaking, Mankind is being torn apart by something started by itself Come they say, You will be safer here But no, you are never free from these elements Bodies scattered everywhere Through the cloud of smoke just after the terror Through the screaming of pain Through the blood battered base You can sense the fear that surrounds everyone And you begin to ask yourself, Why do we have to be the entree?
