Q: Hello! It’s good to have you on our magazine today. How has your day been? A: I’m doing great thank you! Just had a lovely Starbucks drink, and I loved it! Ha-ha. Q: What is your favourite song from your album, Target? A: I really can’t pick, I love all my songs. But the fans seem to really like ‘Don’t look back’Q: HQ: How do you cope with all the success and stress? A: It can be very hard. It’s important to make time for yourself. Just time to zone out. Q: What does music mean to you?A: I peA: I personally don't think I communicate right when talking normal. It never comes out the way I want it. Communication is something that's im-portant to me and everyone and music is the easiest way for me to commu-nicate the way I most like.

Kianne seems poised for success on many fronts. In 2012, she signed a recording deal with Holly-wood Records. The following year, she bbecame a first-time author with Be-

tween U and Me. She shared her advice for her young fans in this book.

Q: Who is one of your favourite artists you’ve worked with? A: I have worked with so many artists I really can’t choose. Beyoncé is my legend and when i found out I was going to be working with her I was super excited, I literally couldn’t believe my ears. Q: What now do you have to say to your fans? A: just A: just keep your head up. Love one another. Keep hold on tight to your dreams cause they will come true. Try you’re hardest, and you can’t get the top without starting from the bottom. Q: What music are you listening to currently?A: It's a mixed bag of stuff, I keep up to date with the pop charts, so Bruno Mars, Lorde, Ed Sheeran, Adele, Ellie Goulding, but always revert back to icons like MJ, Beatles, Queen, Kate Bush, as they are so inspiring.Q: DQ: Debut single 'First Kiss' is out later this year - how have you found the response to the track so far?A: Amazeballs to sum it up in one word!I don't think that I could ask for a better response at this point. A friend of mine came by my house once and had my song blasting on his car stereo and I couldn't stop laughing... It was really cool!

I'd love to travel with my music and create a healthy career that will allow me to keep writing songs and putting them out.Q: FinallQ: Finally, do you have a definitive aim for your career - what's the big goal?A: Songwriter of the year would suit me just fine... That's one of the stars I'm shooting for. So not aiming too high then! (Laughs)
