Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa under the Company's Act of 2008, Don Hazelwood FC ( Pty) Limited is a subsidiary of Don Hazelwood Group

of companies called Don Hazelwood Holdings Limited and wholly owned by Finance Professionals who have vast experience in Accountancy, Audit, Tax,

nancial management, Project management, Company Secretarial and Business Advisory. The company was founded in August 2013, boasts of young

and vibrant entrepreneurs, skilled with the most denitive methodologies to satisfy your needs. Like most successful business stories, we also start small

and we are going to great heights.

Since its inception, the company has worked with SMEs, Non Prot making organisations and other entities across Gauteng (Johannesburg & Pretoria)

and Mpumalanga provinces in South Africa and during the rst one year of operation, the company has had close relationships with its clientele. These

close relationships have given us a great sense of purpose that extends beyond consultancy but serving our global community.

Our involvement with the Clientele we have so far has not only been to simply their accounting and nance problems but help them establish their

entities by promoting their dreams, drafting business plans, assisting in human resources department, conducting extra research on their market and

walking with them in the eld of business internal and externally to ensure the entity is a stand-alone and seen prots trickling in.

Patience, Determination, Practice, Passion, Power and Enjoyment has led us this far and are geared to change the way of doing business in Africa.

Technology has crept on the African continent quietly and faster with very few people noticing how far it has done but we are saying we will bring

FOUNDERS


he Company was founded by initial subscribers to Tthe memorandum of association, namely Kruger

Yamikani Nyambalo (Malawian) and Mthokozisi Pascar

Nkumane. Kruger (40) is a Chartered Accountant (15

years post qualication, FCCA) registered with ACCA of

United Kingdom and South African Institute of Business

Accountants (SAIBA). He has previously worked as an

External Auditor (Deloitte) and as Chief Finance Ofcer

for Six years (Afrox and Dulux -Malawi Ofce) and fully

understands Financial & Strategic Management and has

the passion for it. Pascar is a young black South African

entrepreneur and economist by nature. His experience

lays mainly innovation and market research. Having

completed and intern with DBSA (Development of

Southern Africa) focusing on emerging markets and

sectors, he is also a member of JA worldwide. He is

currently involved in Gibbs Business School, PMD.

“It came a time in my life when I wasn't too sure what plans the Almighty

God had with my life, I had worked for a decade as a Chartered

Accountant but had nothing to show for it. Had given it much time than

what I had devoted to my family but still wasn't happy or satised. I am

sure there was a mission which God had instilled in me but I hadn't

discovered it. However I had envied a man called William Welch

Deloitte whom in 1845 opened an ofce in Basinghall Street in London

and today is the biggest name in Accounting, audit and nancial

consultancy and has a presence of 150 countries with over 200,000

professionals. At one point I was such a professional working under him stfrom the rst year of the 21 Century.

Today, I start this dream to create a mega brand in accounting and

nance which will live long after I leave the earth but with one mission,

to provide economic freedom and empowerment to the people of

Africa. This is my gift to the continent as I say thank you to the Lord

Almighty for my life. Let the knowledge, skills and lessons I learnt under

His watch benet the people I love most, Africans.”

are no meaningful balance between young professionals and
