Dear Resident CITYLINK TULLA WIDENING: MAJOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS ALONG THE FLEMINGTON ROAD EXIT RAMP – 14 OCTOBER TO 17 OCTOBER We are writing to advise you of works upcoming works scheduled for the Flemington Road exit ramp, as part of the CityLink Tulla Widening project. We will be installing new drainage along the Flemington Road exit ramp and between Lennon Street and Church Street, as marked in red on the map overleaf. These works are scheduled to start at 9pm Friday 14 October and will finish by 5am Monday 17 October. Construction crews will be working throughout the weekend to complete these works. We apologise for any inconvenience our construction activities may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete these important works. Where we will be We will be working along the Flemington Road off-ramp near Manningham Street and from Lennon Street to Church Street.

What we are doing We will be installing new drainage along the Flemington Road off-ramp.

What you may notice during constructionWhile these works will not impact your property you may notice: Noise from saw cutting and excavation activities Noise from non-destructive digging activities (sounds like a large vacuum cleaner) Noise from trucks and site vehicles in use Lights facing down into our work area Pedestrian access to the tram stop at Church Street will be maintained however, there will

be no pedestrian access along Flemington Road between Lennon Street and Church Street

Traffic management – including signage– to guide drivers, cyclists and pedestrians around our work sites

CPB Contractors is the construction contractor for the Bulla Road to Power Street section of the project.

We are committed to keeping residents informed and minimising the inconvenience during construction, while keeping the community and our workers safe at all times.
