Dr. Hj. Mohd Aziz bin Mohd Din,

Director,

IPG Kampus Sultan Mizan,

22200 Besut, Terengganu. 05 APRIL 2015

Dear Sir,

Reports of health problems in our campus

I am reporting to the director about the problems faced by trainees nowadays.

2.Health is very important for all individuals. Health problems can occur from the environment and our diet. Therefore, health care is very important to lead a normal life. On this occasion, I wish to report to the director of Campus Sultan Mizan about health issues that have arisen in our campus today.

3.These issues are about the situation around campus were dirty and lack of nutritious food provided by the canteen and cafes. This has caused many problems to our trainees. Clean and healthy food is very important to us.

4.Health problems on our campus today caused the atmosphere around campus turned grim. Some of the trainees suffer pain and their numbers are increasing every day. Among the problems we are facing is problem of teacher trainees have food poisoning. This is due to dietary intake were not clean. The level of cleanliness in canteens and cafes less satisfying for us. This resulted in an increase in the number of teachers who did not attend college. Such an atmosphere also causes our stress. Various problems arose, thus making us off to learn and perform any work.

5.Less nutritious foods also cause obesity in the number of teacher trainees increased. Intake of foods have caused this problem occurs. We do not feel full when eating in the canteen and cafes for non-nutritious food is prepared. Some took the opportunity to get out of the campus to enjoy the food more nutritious. But for those trainees who no vehicles, they had to eat in the canteen and cafes to fill a hungry stomach.

6.However, this acute problem must be resolved immediately. I would like to present some proposals to solve this problem to the director. My first suggestion is to conduct an awareness campaign a balanced diet. The campaign aims to create awareness to the trainees how to diet properly. Secondly, encouraging them to play sports on a daily basis by requiring their participation in sports activities carried out.

7.To create a clean campus, the management needs to provide mutual assistance to clean the area around campus monthly. Furthermore, the management needs to provide a variety of sports activities in the campus. This activity is able to make the trainees become active and have a healthy body. Finally, management must also make periodic checks every month in the cafeteria and caf. This is to ensure that food is nutritious and clean supplied to the trainees.

I hope you can take an action to handle these problems. All the action from the beginning of yours are very welcome. I look forward to a favourable reply from you. Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

REFLECTION :

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious and the Ever Merciful, finally, I had complete this task in English Language Proficiency 2 coursework. This coursework is very challenge and taught me the meaning of patience because I had to spend a lot of time to do this work. Besides that, It is also taught me the very important values during finish this coursework. I have repented and do not want to repeat my bad behaviour.

I really bless to ALLAH because my group members very helpful and they are not stingy to share their knowledge with me while even ready to facilitate my work. I have been using the Internet to do the coursework and to find important information. Now, I know that internet is very important to IPG students to finish our works. In my future, I hope to carry all of the skills I have acquired during to finish the coursework. I think that they will be very helpful to me, regardless of what I am trying to accomplish. .

The responsibility I have gained during this experience is incredible and has taught me to be a much more organized person. During this semester 2 was faced with deadlines, rules and assignments that I could not work around. After finish the coursework, I think should focus to my study for exam. Thank you.
