Responsibility that Connects
INTRODUCTION Our services enable people and facilitate the
work and functioning of individuals and groups,
which is why we often include them in assistance
programs. Our commitment to health and safety
protection on the job, respecting individuals, their
rights and community and environmental care are
the basic values of our Health, Safety, Security and
Environment (HSSE) system.
At the same time, we want our social responsibility
to be based on innovative partnerships, bold
initiatives, development of community potentials,
and establishment of a balance between market
demands, social needs and preservation of the
environment. In problem solving we also rely on
our own capacities, technology and knowledge
of our employees, which are the pillars of most of
our projects. Furthermore, we have organized an
internal competition and in pursuing the ideas of our
colleagues, we have implemented several projects for
improving lives in local communities.
We start 2011 determined to continue developing
successful support programs and to initiate new ones,
primarily focused on socially vulnerable groups. We
will strive to apply fresh and intelligent ideas, guided
by the vision of a better future for the community and
the responsibility to invest in society and relentlessly
drive it forward.
Kjell-Morten JohnsenTELENOR SERBIA CEO
An exciting year is behind us. During these twelve months we launched and supported more than 30 socially responsible projects. Taking into account the needs of the Serbian society, our activities targeted Internet child safety, environmental protection, various forms of assistance for socially responsible organizations, and improving the position of vulnerable groups.
The focus of the projects, which we implemented in 2010
with more than 50 partner organizations, was on education,
professional development for youths, as well as support to
cultural production and the development of art market.
Care for people lies at the very foundation of our operations. We
demonstrate this in internal communication, in our customer
relations, with business partners, and in our cooperation with the
society at large. Our approach to social responsibility represents
a combination of three corporate values – enabling, security and
protection.

Internet available to everyone at any moment – this
was our vision when we launched the Internet Parks
campaign in 2008, the first of its kind in the region.
Since then Telenor Internet parks have sprung up across
Serbia. Today the residents of Belgrade, Novi Sad,
Niš, Kragujevac, Kraljevo, Kruševac, Užice, Subotica,
Smederevo, Valjevo, Novi Pazar and Bor can benefit
from modern and fast communication in parks in their
cities. The Internet connections are wireless and free.
Depending on the location, the parks work year-round
or with a break during the winter. Telenor provided the
equipment for the Internet parks and is in charge of
their maintenance.
In addition to the Internet parks, we continued our involve-
ment in the promotion and popularization of Internet use in
Serbia through other projects. With the aim of increasing the
number of youths that are involved in modern communica-
tions we developed the Internet for All project, with the Vračar
Municipality Youth Office in Belgrade, and started providing
Internet access to schools in Vračar. At the beginning of the
campaign computers and free Telenor Internet were provided
to the 3rd and 14th Belgrade High Schools, the GSP Technical
School, the Architectural Technical School, the Josip Slaven-
ski Music School, and the Dušan Dugalić Primary School for
Children with Developmental Disabilities.
“As a company that supports socially responsible programs and initiatives, we want everyone to have the opportunity to timely join in modern communications and to master use of new technologies that they will need in the future.”

Telenor internet 2009/2010.
The fact that Internet parks have become one of our most
recognizable actions is confirmed by the survey carried out
in October 2010, by the Synovate Serbia agency for market,
media and public opinion research. The polled citizens rated
Telenor Internet Parks as an excellent and original idea,
identifying them as a valuable contribution to the local
community.

Campaign for online child safety
ONLINE CHILD SAFETY POLL, CONDUCTED BY EBART
MEDIA DOCUMENTATION
Respondents were the ages 18 and under
30% responded that they had had at last
one negative experience online or that they know a
person that has had a bad experience
More than 40% are concerned over the pos-
sibility of impersonation online
More than 90% have a Facebook profile
More than 60% have persons that they
don’t know among their Facebook “friends”, whom
they regularly chat with, even exchange photographs.
*January 2010*Ebart Media Documentation
The disturbing conclusions from the Ebart study
on online child safety urged the Ministry of
Telecommunications and Information Society of
the Republic of Serbia to step up its Click Safely
campaign.
As one of the partners in the project, the Telenor
company provided equipment worth around RSD 1.5
million. Our experts took part in debates that were
organized at schools throughout Serbia, providing
practical advice on how to increase online safety.
We are also working on the design and
implementation of filters for mobile telephones and
computers, aimed at prevention of child abuse. The
function of the filters is to block access to websites
that are linked to child pornography. Telenor is the
pioneer in this area and the first telecommunications
operator in the world to collaborate with security
services in devising such filters.
“Both children and parents benefit greatly from telecommunications today. Children are passionate computer and mobile telephone users. However, it is necessary to provide them with guidance and protection. Child safety is our first concern and this is why we have to do everything possible to limit the distribution of objectionable content.”

In June 2010, the first base station in
Serbia to use wind and solar energy, part
of the Telenor company network, went into
operation in the town of Pločice, in the Kovin
municipality. By using renewable energy
sources for powering the telecommunications
network, this base station saves up to
50 percent of the electricity it uses. In
addition to installing solar panels and a
wind generator, a special system for battery
cooling also contributes to the increase
in energy efficiency and the reduction in
carbon dioxide emission. This environmental
pilot project is the first in a series of “green”
investments by our company in the field of
telecommunications network power supply.
In addition to being supported by the Ministry
of Environment and Spatial Planning, the
project also involved local experts who
designed the hybrid solar and wind system
and supervised the installation.

“Worldwide Telenor operates according to high environmental standards. It is our desire and goal to be the Serbian leader not only in telecommunications but also in environmental protection. By introducing such a base station we wish to encourage environmental awareness among other companies and to provide a good example in the struggle for the protection of the environment.”

ANET Innovations for a Cleaner Future
Environmental protection is part of our daily operations
With the aim of reducing harmful environmental
impact, we started applying the ISO 14001
standard - Environmental Management
Systems. This system was established
on account of to the need to protect the
environment that companies operate in.
Telenor has also made an important step
in responsible waste management. In June
2010 we introduced waste sorting at our
headquarters in Novi Beograd. We installed bins
for various types of waste (paper, plastic and
aluminum), and employees joined the recycling
process.
In 2010 our company received the Green Frog Award for the second time, for its annual report on sustainable development in Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, FYROM and Montenegro.
On the Same MissionRoundtable on climate change and the role of companies
In order to motivate other companies to care for the
environment, we organized a roundtable on climate
changes and the role of companies in resolving
the issue of pollution and global warming. Around
50 participants, representatives of the media,
governmental and nongovernmental organizations,
and the most influential companies in Serbia, took part
in the discussion, which was held at the Telenor offices
in Belgrade. Important conclusions were adopted and
concrete steps for companies were presented, along
with relevant social and political elements, aimed at
reducing the impact of climate change.

ANET Get Planetwise! Recycle
Action for raising awareness of waste sorting and recycling
Our company joined the Get Planetwise! Recycle campaign,
which was initiated by the Balkan Community Initiatives
Fund (BCIF) and which is implemented by the Green List
of Serbia. The campaign, which aims to contribute to
resolving the issue of communal waste, included several
environmental actions (such as education and raising public
awareness about primary waste selection, installing bins
for waste selection, etc.) in cities in Serbia, a bike caravan
and celebration of World Environment Day, on June 5 in
Kalemegdan Park.
Our Foundation contributed by collecting old telephones
for recycling, as part of the events in Valjevo, Niš, Kruševac,
Vranje and Belgrade. Also, new models of mobile devices,
made of recycled materials were on display at our booths.

Our company supported the World Wide
Fund for Nature’s global initiative Earth Hour,
which emphasized the issue of global changes
worldwide. In support of this action, at 8.30 p.m. on
March 27, the lights and neon sign were turned off
on our administrative building in Novi Beograd and
in shops throughout Serbia.
Around a billion people in more than 1,000 cities
worldwide turned off their lights for an hour.

being marketing and sales, was held for the fourth
time in Sutomore, Montenegro, under the auspices
of the Norwegian organization Business Innovation
Programs, and with support from Telenor. The camp
program aims to develop skills necessary for running
an independent business in the modern business
environment.
Through a joint effort Telenor Serbia and Telenor
Montenegro contributed to the organization of
the camp by providing portable computers and an
Internet connection to the participants. At the end of
the camp the computers were donated to secondary
schools from Kragujevac, Paraćin, Topola and
Belgrade, which took part in the camp.“We are pleased that this year students from Novi Sad and Niš also received awards. This is the best indicator that young people are making a greater effort and that they want to show how much they’ve learned, but also how much they want to move ahead. We want them to have good conditions even after they finish their studies, and to expand their knowledge in Serbia, as well as to continue scientific and creative work.” Srđan Dankulov, TECHNOLOGY PLANNING DIRECTOR AT TELENOR

As part of the campaign for improving the
health and quality of life of the Roma popu-
lation in Serbia, which the Serbian Ministry
of Health launched in 2008, more than 60
young Roma healthcare mediators in 50
cities have been disseminating information
to members of the Roma community and
helping them to obtain personal documents
and to exercise the right to health care and
social protection. Their role is to educate
beneficiaries of the importance of regular
healthcare, vaccination, proper nourish-
ment, general hygiene and prevention of
diseases, as well as to collect information
about the Roma population and forward it
to the ministries of health, education, public
administration and local self-government,
labor and social policy, and other institutions
that can improve the position of members of
this community.
In 2010 our company, in collaboration with
the Ministry of Health and UNICEF Serbia,
launched the Enable project, with the aim of
facilitating the communication and work of
the healthcare mediators.
* April-December 2010* Source: Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia
We donated equipment – portable computers
and a program that simplifies the work of the
mediators in the field, as well as reporting
and communication with the institutions, and
we trained them to use the equipment. The
mediators also received mobile telephones
from our company and free tariff packages for
communication among themselves and with
the families that they are helping.
It is our intention to continue the work on
improving the living conditions of the Roma
people in the coming years, in collaboration
with our partners.

Children and youths with developmental
disabilities in Kragujevac have gained their first
social club, as part of the Vukašin Marković
Special School for Primary and Secondary
Education. This project is the product of the
collaboration between Telenor and the Center for
Quality Education, and the creative workshops
that are held at the Club involve youths with
developmental disabilities as well as their peers
from regular schools.
In addition to financial assistance, with also
took part in the renovation of the space, with
employees from all sectors of our Company being
involved in the implementation of the project. We
designed the interior, procured the equipment
and various materials for the Club’s activities. The
space was completely furnished, equipped with
appliances, computer equipment and educational
and entertainment material for the creative
workshops, which are adapted to meet the needs
of children with developmental disabilities. We
donated computers, connected them into a
network and provided Internet access. Through
this project we continue to invest in the local
community and to improve the quality of life of
socially vulnerable groups.
Social Club for Youths with Developmental Disabilities
“One of the important features of this project is its self-sustainability, i.e. the plan is for financial responsibility to be transferred from the primary sources to other sources. Since the Club fully meets the goals laid down in the action plan for the children of the City of Kragujevac, we believe that it is significant that the City took over further financing of its activities.”

Different View of Belgrade Sounds that Enhance LifeBelgrade from the perspective of marginalized groups The program at the Ilija M. Kolarac Foundation is
now available to persons with impaired hearing
The Belgrade: A Different View project
presents a story about our capital through
the experiences of members of marginalized
groups. It is being implemented with
support from Telenor, the City of Belgrade,
the Tourist Organization of Belgrade, and
numerous art historians, artists and tourism
experts. The core of the project is the
training and engagement of “alternative
guides”, persons with disabilities and
members of marginalized groups, whose
encounters with fellow citizens and tourists
offer a different view of the attractions in
our capital. City tours with the “alternative
guides” are part of Belgrade’s tourism offer.
Telenor employees had the pleasure of
taking part in one such tour. This pioneering
project is unique worldwide and represents
an authentic Belgrade experience that
combines tourism and the social inclusion of
marginalized persons.
At the initiative of the employees, Telenor
made a donation to the Ilija M. Kolarac
Foundation, consisting of a device that
amplifies sound, enabling persons with
impaired hearing to enjoy lectures and
concerts at Kolarac. This system amplifies
the sound source several times, enabling
persons with hearing aids to hear better,
without disturbing the other audience.
“The alternative guides have an important educational role: in addition to proving the public with cultural information about Belgrade, they also provide a personal experience of the places, their poetics of comprehension, different interpretations of the common living space, and they also indicate problems of inaccessibility of certain streets and institutions, unsuitable public transportation, social intolerances and insufficient cultural, work and educational inclusion of persons with disabilities.”

Let Everybody Read“Audio Library” for blind and visually impaired students
The Let Everybody Read project was launched in
order to improve study conditions for students who
have visual impairments. The aim is to create an
“audio library” with recorded textbooks, which can
be used by blind and visually impaired students. So
far 80 books have been recorded, and the plan is to
include many more.
The project was initiated by the Novi Sad
Association of Students with Disabilities, and the
“audio library” is used by students in Novi Sad, as
well as blind and visually impaired students at the
University of Belgrade. The Telenor Foundation
joined this project in May 2010, as a partner.
Facilitating GraduationScholarships for students with disabilities
Telenor gave scholarships to two students
with disabilities, Sanja Ljubisavljević from
Lebane, from the Faculty of Special Education
and rehabilitation in Belgrade, and Margita
Joksimović from Požega, from the Faculty of
Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, under the
auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sport,
and the Republic of Serbia Fund for Young
Talents. With these scholarships we helped
these hardworking young ladies to continue
their studies.

“We are one of the first organizations in this part of Europe to have started addressing the issue of violence against women and children with disabilities. Women with disabilities rarely report cases of violence to the police, primarily because they are not considered credible in such cases, and also because after being reported to the police the violence mainly increases drastically. This is why we considered this an important task. If we succeed in protecting the victim in just one case, we have already achieved something good.”

Their HandiworkEncouraging creativity of persons with developmental disabilities
At the initiative of its employees, in June 2010, the
Telenor Foundation provided funds for equipment
and operation of the pottery workshop at the
Home for Children and Youths with Developmental
Disabilities in Sremčica. The workshop was
completely remodeled, and we provided materials
and moulds, a pottery kiln and employee training.
By equipping the ceramics workshop our company
supported the Our Children Association. By
supplying the kiln we helped complete the process
of producing original pieces at this workshop.
Furthermore, together with the OSCE Mission we
organized a charity sale of handiwork by persons
with developmental disabilities, at our offices.
Jewelry, dry flower arrangements and other
handicraft by the wards of the daycare centers in
Sefkerin, Pančevo and Belgrade. By purchasing
pieces exhibition visitors contributed to supporting
these centers and promoting social inclusion of
persons with developmental disabilities.
In 2010 the Telenor Foundation helped
reward the most successful civic initiative
projects in Serbia, which has been organized
by the Places in the Heart Fund. We provided
a cash prize and one year of free Internet
access to the Society for Assisting Mentally
Underdeveloped Persons from Trstenik,
which received the award in the category
of best local partnership. This organization
received the prize for developing a quality
daycare service for its beneficiaries, called
A House for Us in the Heart of the City.
The jury selecting the laureates with the
most successful civic initiatives consisted
of distinguished representatives of civic
society and the business sector, including
representatives of our Company, which
has supported this initiative from the very
beginning.

For Sports VictoriesDuško Vujošević and Telenor for children without parental care
Renowned basketball coach Duško Vujošević and
Telenor provided sports equipment and accessories
for more than 100 young wards of the Center for
the Protection of Infants, Children and Youths, on
Zvečanska Street in Belgrade. Sweat suits, balls, a
table tennis table and rackets, are only part of the new
equipment at the Center’s Gym, where youths ages 7
to 20 will be able to develop their love of sports and a
healthy lifestyle.
This year the fifth summer mountaineering camp was
held on Mt. Kopaonik for 25 youngsters from homes for
children without parental care in Pančevo, Kragujevac
and Belgrade, through a collaboration between the
Extreme Sports Association of Serbia and the Telenor
Foundation. Through socializing and games, the chil-
dren had the opportunity to learn more about this at-
tractive sport, to climb mountains with full rock climbing
gear and to enjoy the pristine nature of Mt. Kopaonik.
“I noticed that the children here love playing sports, that they watch matches, and that they especially like basketball. Now they have everything that they need in order to mature properly, through sports and games.”
Duško VujoševićBASKETBALL COACH
“In addition to the demanding but equally fun sports activities, the youths also attend a combination of educational and creative workshops at our camp, they learn how to develop tolerance and team spirit, and how to respect differences. All this directs them towards a healthy way of life.”

Europe for AllYouths without parental care visit Vienna
In the continuation of the project Europe for All,
which was initiated by the cabinet of the Serbian
Deputy Prime Minister for European Integrations, 40
children without parental care, from Belgrade, Niš,
Kruševac, Negotin and Sremski Karlovci, spent four
days in Vienna. The goal was for them to have fun,
but also to learn about the fundamental values of the
European Union. The Telenor Foundation once again
joined this initiative.
At the initiative of the employees, our Foundation
provided for the reconstruction of the roof on the
Mladost Children’s Home in Kragujevac. With the aim
of improving the lives of the beneficiaries – children
and youths without parental care and children
with developmental disabilities, in cooperation
with the Solidarnost Center for Social Work, we
helped reconstruct the leaking dome which was
threatening the electrical installations. In this way
the beneficiaries of the home will be safe during
rainy days, and they will spend the summers on the
restored terraces, until they are able to return to their
families or move in with foster families.

16 humanitarian numbers opened in 2010
More than RSD 10 million collected
*Source: Telenor d.o.o
Natural disasters and catastrophes demand urgent
assistance for those in jeopardy and swift reaction
by society and the surroundings in remedying the
consequences. Donations by SMS have proven to
be one of the simplest and fastest ways of raising
financial assistance, which is why during 2010 we set
up 16 telephone numbers for humanitarian purposes.
Thanks to this more than RSD 10 million was raised.
Four “humanitarian numbers” were activated in
cooperation with the Kraljevo City Administration and
other organizations, in order to raise funds for making
repairs after the consequence of the earthquake that
ravaged this city. We also donated funds to Kraljevo
and helped repair the Studenica Healthcare Center.
At the invitation of the “Always With Children”
Association, which supports children receiving
treatment at the Serbian Institute for Oncology and
Radiology, by activating the SMS number we helped
raise funds for the organizing of an outpatient
chemotherapeutic hospital for children with cancer,
within the Institute.
In cooperation with UNICEF we launched an
campaign in Serbia to raise funds for the people
of Pakistan and Haiti who had experienced natural
disasters.

2010 was the year of the global campaign 1GOAL, which
Telenor was involved in, too. The campaign was launched by the
Education for All campaign and the International Federation of
Soccer Associations (IFIFA), during the 2010 FIFA World Cup in
South Africa, with the aim of promoting the ideas of education
availability for all children and adults. The campaign has
received support from football clubs worldwide, state officials
across the globe, organizations and individuals from more than
100 countries, including the Serbian national team.

THE
ARTS 12 Codes
Secret identities of young artists
Partner of the Creativity and Innovation Festival
Telenor Collection exhibition at Mikser 2010
Telenor’s art calendar for 2011 is called 12 Codes and it represents the
online identities of 23 young Serbian artists. Through this concept we
pointed out the link between the real and the digital world, where an
increasing number of people communicate, work and spend time daily,
and which the art scene has moved to, and we wanted to once again
present artists who are not quite established, and who are creating
something special.
In addition to the printed version, our calendar this year is also available
in electronic form: a web page, widget and mobile version, making it
available to a broader audience through our web and WAP portal. The
“unlimited number of copies” draws attention to the new opportunities for
the existence of art in the virtual space, and its accessibility. In addition
to the great public attention that it created, the 12 Codes calendar also
won first prize at the Exhibition of the most beautiful Calendars, Greeting
Cards, at the Vojvodina Museum of Contemporary Art in Novi Sad.
The first art calendar that we produced in Serbia was the 2008 calendar
Challenge the Wall, by Aleksandar Maćašev, which consisted of
reproductions of the 12 best works from the competition for designing
Telenor wallpaper. The following one, the 2009 calendar New Face of
the City by Igor Oršolić, included the projects where we supported the
painting of murals in Serbian cities, while last year’s calendar Ready, Turn,
Go! emphasized our environmental protection efforts, and was designed
by the Od-do architectural group.
The Mikser festival is a regional creativity and
innovation event, which through a unique mixture of
works promotes Belgrade and the Balkans as a new
creative epicenter in this part of Europe.
In 2010 Telenor was the main partner in the
organization of the festival. We rewarded one of the
laureates, Uroš Janković, with an internet modem and
free Internet, and our art collection was displayed in
the Art Zone at Mikser.
The works of more than 60 artists from across the
Balkans were on display at three Žitomlin wheat
silos on the banks of the Danube in Belgrade. This
Collection represents a referent review of newer
Serbian art, and it is also the first systematic
investment in contemporary Serbian art by a
corporation. Before the exhibition at the festival, the
Telenor Collection was displayed in Novi Sad, Vršac,
Niš and Čačak, in addition to Belgrade.
“The visual identities of the artists that are presented in the calendar are called codes, which is a term borrowed from the technical world. Together we worked on these codes being presented through photographs, the way that the artist wanted others to see them. I am glad that Telenor recognizes the language in which contemporary culture communicates through new media, and that it decided to help artists reach mainstream art through the pages of its calendar.”

ERAward for Corporate Social Responsibility
High Ranking According to Sustainability Indexes
Acknowledgement of Fighting against Discrimintation
The Ekonom:east Media Group, the most prominent
economic media group in Serbia, paid tribute to our
company for its social responsibility. Our project
Social Club for Children and Youths with Develop-
mental Disabilities, which was established as part of
the Vukašin Marković Special School for Primary and
Secondary Education in Kragujevac, was especially
taken into consideration. The prize for social corpo-
rate responsibility was presented to our company by
Minister of Labor and Social Policy Rasim Ljajić. This
prize is confirmation that success is not measured
solely in good business results and a prominent mar-
ket position, but also in being responsible towards the
community that we work in and its people.
Telenor Group ranked among the top five mobile
operators worldwide according to the Dow
Jones Sustainability Indexes, which assesses the
performance of global companies based on a range of
economic, social and environmental criteria.
We improved our results in the field of climate
strategies and standards for suppliers, while our
achievements in the sphere of digital inclusion and
telecommunications service impact have been rated
as exceptional.
In 2010 our company was honored for an
exceptional contribution to the struggle against
discrimination. The award is presented by the
Coalition Against Discrimination, consisting of several
nongovernmental organizations from Serbia, to
individuals, organizations, institutions, companies and
media that had made the greatest effort during the
year towards curbing discrimination against minorities
and marginalized groups therefore improving the
equality of all the citizens of Serbia.
“Telenor fosters a specific approach when it comes to various forms of social engagement. The awarded project is the result of Telenor’s own initiative, which indicates a comprehensive and deeper involvement in the issues than in cases when companies finance ‘external’ projects.”
Tamara KoštroEKONOM:EAST MEDIA GROUP MANAGER OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
“Telenor internally sets high standards of business practice, it has exceptionally competitive working conditions and sets high environmental standards in its companies worldwide. It expects partners and suppliers to ban direct or indirect discrimination based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, language, religion, political and other views, ethnic or social background, property, family or other status, promoting equal opportunities for all, when it comes to employment and choice of profession.”

The Telenor Foundation was founded in March 2007. Being the largest foreign investor in Serbia, through the Foundation our Company continues to invest in Serbia and help develop its social potentials. We strive to help overcome the challenges that Serbia society faces, which is why the Foundation initiates projects that offer effective, sustainable and developmental solutions throughout the country.
The project proposals that are submitted to the Telenor Foundation ([email protected]) are first reviewed by the Telenor social responsibility team. The projects that meet the Foundation’s criteria are then reviewed by the Foundation’s Managing Board, which decides which projects will receive support.
The Managing Board convenes up to four times per year and ensures that the principles of the Telenor Foundation are carried out consistently and in compliance with the Statute, which was adopted when the Foundation was established. The Managing Board is expected to select projects in a transparent manner (by majority vote) and only those that receive the sufficient number of votes are implemented. Minutes are kept at the meetings, and are then sent to all the members of the Managing Board, so that they can once more verify their decision.
The Managing Board has five members and two advisors, of which only two are Company employees, with the remaining members and advisors being distinguished members of society and prominent experts in a number of fields. For more information on the strategy, activities and the list of Managing Board members visit www.telenor.rs/fondacija.
The projects that we launch through the Foundation are primarily aimed at providing support for socially vulnerable groups, youths, youth education and professional training, as well as development of the art market, cultural and art production, and environmental protection.
Through the work of the Foundation we have successfully collaborated with governmental and nongovernmental institutions, various organizations and educational institutions. Our project partners are required to submit monthly progress reports, and at the end of the project they submit a detailed report on the results and effects, which is then reviewed by the Foundation’s Managing Board.
In 2010 the Managing Board approved more than 20 projects, which we launched in collaboration with more than 25 partner organizations. The Company also took part and supported the implementation of a dozen more socially beneficial projects.
