O’Reilly, Chatman and Caldwell (1991) created the Organizational Culture Profile (OCP) to
measure how well a person fits into a certain organization.
This is an instrument to study both, the values of an organization and the relationship of its
individuals to the corporate culture. In this model seven factors are identified you have to write
the details :
