Some books on Indian history tell us that Aryans invaded India around 2000 BCE. This portrayal of Indian history is based on ignorance, not science.

There is ample forensic evidence to reconstruct Indian history based on science. The recent advances in Genographic research give us a new understanding of what life was like on the subcontinent.

Each human being has a unique DNA signature displaying its genetic history of mutations. History of mutations gives us an undisputed trace of human migrations and times.

Sapinda (Sa + pinda = same DNA) is a Sanskrit word for right to inheritance. Under Brahminism right to inheritance was based on religious duties performed, not Sapinda. Brahmin were ignorant of Hindu civilization.

For tens of thousands of years Hindu were autonomous clusters of communal living. Social rules in a cluster were set by its Samiti of elders with unanimous consent. No twoclusters had the same social rules. Social rules changed over a distance of ten miles. They had no need for any religion. They all had the same core values. They were hard working people who created wealth with their own labor. Father and son worked as a team. They had equal rights to fruits of their labor. In Hindu civilization son had unconditional right to inherit father’s property, Sapinda.

Around 1100 CE, Vijnaneswara wrote a book called Mitakshara. It was the common denominator, core values, of accepted customs of Hindu clusters. It stated that right to inheritance is based on Sapinda and it is absolute.

Brahmin were parasites who lived off of other people’s labor. They had no understanding of property rights of hard working people. Brahmin law was the exact opposite of Hindu law. Brahmin were an insignificant minority who lived in a fantasy world of their own, oblivious to their surroundings. Their books were pure fiction.

Mitakshara was the Hindu law used by most Rajan in their territories, with modificationsby local Samiti of elders to suit their local needs. Each Hindu cluster had its own variation of Mitakshara. Mitakshara was a boilerplate.

Hindu acceptance of the secular Mitakshara, and rejection of the Brahmin law, needs an explanation supported by verifiable evidence.

To test the Mitakshara hypothesis I sent my DNA to a lab for sequencing to trace my molecular Sapinda (DNA).

I am Sapinda (Haplogroup) M124>R2 and here is my story. It contradicts the theory of Aryan invasion and provides an explanation for Mitakshara as the Hindu law.

Let me start at the beginning. My family tree starts with Adam and Eve about 100 Thousand Years Ago (KYA). They used to live in Africa. Their children started moving in search of better life and followed the routes shown in Figure 1 (at the end). Since I am male we follow Adam, the blue lines.

About 60 KYA some of my ancestors took highway M130 to reach South India and settled. Some of them moved on to Australia and are now known as aborigines.

About 50 KYA another group who took M96 going west changed their mind and decidedto go east instead and took highway M174 to reach South India. In those days landscapewas different, shorelines and river beds were highways.

Over the next several thousands of years some moved to fertile lands of North followinghighway M89>M9 where civilizations flourished along the Tigris river, also known as the cradle of civilization.

Some tribes with itchy feet or to avoid persecution reached India on M89>M69, M20, and M175. Notice that M175 covers most of the famous kingdoms mentioned in the epic Mahabharata: Gandhara, Kuru, Panchala, Anga, Vanga, and Kalinga.

By now India was well populated with thousands of clusters each with its own customs, traditions, rules, and regulations. These people were autonomous, self sufficient, and self governing communities with their own social organizations.

Let us look at Figure 2 which is a closeup. The red line took some of my ancestors to highway M45>M207> M173 and to go on to occupy Europe.

About 25 KYA something happened along the highway M207>M173. A new social order came into being which was different from the Tigris valley civilization. This area is present day Russia, also called Russian Steppe.

www.RaoInSeattle.com Indian History.pdf page 2

Let us look at Figure 3. We see birth of many different Haplogroups, in particular R andthe offspring R1a and R2.

M207>M173>M420>R1a M207>M124>R2

I belong to the Haplogroup M124>R2 and Aryan belong to M420>R1a. I am not an Aryan but a close uncle. We have a common closest ancestor M207. We were born 25 KYA, long after India was fully populated, in an entirely different form of civilization.

Small portions of Haplogroups H, L, O, R1a and R2 returned to India and constitute majority of present day Indian population. Density maps of these groups are in Figure 5,for both caste based and tribal populations. Caste is recent and tribal is ancient.

H group migrated along M89>M69. They account for large portion of present day population, with high concentration in South India.

L group migrated along M9>M20. They are concentrated on entire western part of Indiaalong Indus Valley, Mohenjodaro, and Dwaraka belt.

O group migrated along M9>M175. After the Mahabharata war they all migrated to East and are now found in high concentration in South East Asia. At one time it was a part of India with Hindu temples everywhere. The largest Hindu temple ever built is in Cambodia, Angkor Wat.

Haplogroup R1a was split into many subgroups. Two of them Aryan R1a (A-R1a) and Brahmin R1a (R1a-Z93) migrated to India at different times and from different places. The rest of R1a subgroups currently occupy Europe.

Brahmin R1a (R1a-Z93), went south from M173 to Armenia. The land from Armenia toIndia has concentrations of R1a-Z93 with majority in present day Iran. There is no traceof any of the Aryan R1a (A-R1a) from Armenia to India.

Some R1a-Z93 migrated from Syria to India. These people are often confused for the A-R1a who never set foot in this part of the world. The Indian R1a-Z93 are distinct and should be treated as a separate entity so as not to confuse them with their cousins who live in Iran. Let us call them simply as Z93. They are the Indian Brahmin.

www.RaoInSeattle.com Indian History.pdf page 3

Z93 were born at the end of highway M173. They went south on the west side of the Caspian sea and landed in Armenia. They invented the Agni Cult. The Indus River separated Persia (West Indus) from Hindu (East Indus). The Agni Cult was split into Persia (R1a-Z93) and Hindu (Z93). Z93 were expelled to East Indus.

The Hindu Agni started as an open society of intellectuals in pursuit of Knowledge. Anyone who had intellect and willing to master logic was admitted to the Cult. It consisted of expelled Z93 and many A-R1a who were attracted to it by its logic. Over time Hindu Agni was split into two: (1) those who had intellect (Rishi, Hinduism) and (2) those who had no intellect (Brahmin, Brahminism). Founders of major Hinduism schools Monoism, Jain, Buddha, and Bhagavad Gita were Rajan Rishi of A-R1a. They were a small group of A-R1a who mastered logic. They were mostly Hindu Rajan, men of means and leisure. They were intellectuals in pursuit of Knowledge. Brahmin had nointellect. They wanted to distinguish themselves with ethnic purity. They were the people who were able to trace their ancestry to Persia (Z93). They called themselves Brahmin for social identity. They were a closed society with closed minds. They were ignorant of logic. They were an insignificant proportion of the population. They had nomarketable skills or independent means.

Figure 4 shows the migration path of M124>R2.

Unlike the Z93 who entered India from due West (expelled from Persia), R2 and A-R1a entered India from the north. R2 were born on M207 and went east. A-R1a were born on M173 and went east to reach India.

Today, R2 live mostly on the East Coast between the rivers Krishna and Godavari with high concentrations stretching from Machilipatnam to Kakinada cities. They are presentin all castes.

Today, A-R1a live in Central India with high concentrations along the rivers Ganges and Yamuna. They are present in all castes.

Today, Z93 are found in Brahmin community with high concentrations in Bengal. Elsewhere they are scattered insignificant proportion of the population.

Density distributions of H, L, O, A-R1a, R2, and Z93 are shown in Figure 5.

Notice that A-R1a and Z93 never crossed paths, one migrated on the east and the other on the west sides of the Caspian sea. The word Aryan (A-R1a) is not to be confused

with Brahmin (Z93). Aryan are Hindu native community. Brahmin are Persian migrant minority ethnic community.

India was a secular country of autonomous democratic republics for thousands of years. Mitakshara did not invent secular view, it stated the obvious. Mitakshara was accepted as the Hindu Law in all Hindu Clusters, except by Brahmin in Bengal.

Bengal (Magadha) was the birth place of Siddhartha and was a Buddhist country. Brahmin were imported from Kanyakubja (Kannauj, UP) around 500 CE by King Adisura, one thousand years after Siddhartha was born in Magadha. In those days Z93 Brahmin were present only in Kashmir and Kanyakubja. During the Muslim rule Bengal was converted to Muslim, except the Z93 Brahmin who were imported. Brahmin in Bengal were an isolated island in the ocean of Muslim.

Establishment of the British East India Company in Brahmin Bengal colored English version of Indian history.

Brahmin Law was used only in Bengal by Brahmin community. Rest of India used the secular Mitakshara.

Brahmin were of two kinds: (1) Z93 of Persia origin and (2) non-Z93 of Hindu origin. Z93 composed Puranas. Non-Z93 had no literary skills. They had only basic reading skills in Sanskrit. They worked as priests to collect fees for reciting Mantras.

Z93 were Persia, not Hindu. They existed only in Kashmir, Kanyakubja, and Bengal. Non-Z93 Brahmin were Hindu, of all Haplogroups H, L, O, R1a, and R2. They were opportunists, who called themselves Brahmin. They existed at temple locations, all overIndia, working as Brahmin Priests.

It is interesting to note that in the DNA samples analyzed, majority of Brahmin Priests were Haplogroup R2, my Sapinda. We, R2, are Brahmin Priests, Kshatriya (Naidu), andVaishya (Komati). For us, Caste is a trade designation.

Hindu, Z93, and Brahmin Priests were different groups of people that coexisted.

To Western scholars Brahmin Bengal was India. They reconstructed Indian history fromBrahmin Puranas. Puranas were fiction invented by Z93. The West learned about Mitakshara in 1810, only after Governor General Cornwallis ordered a comprehensive review of Hindu Law books.

Hindu civilization is a neglected field of study.

Why is it that only the Indian subcontinent evolved the unique Hindu civilization of peaceful coexistence of thousands of clusters of autonomous self governing democratic republics?

Hindu civilization evolved over thousands of years. The subcontinent has unique geography. Climate changed over thousands of years. Fertile lands turned into impassable deserts. It was protected from outside invaders. The only entrance was Khyber pass. It permitted only migrant tribes who endured the hardship, not looters.

The subcontinent had two major internal wars, comparable to world wars of today, that caused unfathomable damage to psyche. They were Sagara (3000 BCE) and Mahabharata (1000 BCE). The resulting mindset, to eradicate destructive wars, created the Hindu civilization of Compassion. A new form of conflict resolution evolved. It was based on unanimous consent of elders of wisdom called Samiti. There was no need for any two clusters to have the same social rules. Each cluster evolved its own rules. Two neighbor clusters often had opposite rules. A person, no matter where he lived, wasjudged only by rules of his native cluster. They had no written laws. Respect for rights of other clusters, peaceful coexistence, is the essence of Hindu civilization. Stealing other people’s property was a moral offense. A stranger was greeted as a guest and offered food and shelter, not viewed as an object to be robbed.

Kalinga war of Ashoka had similar impact. It produced Gautama of Ashoka of Compassion, in the Third Council. Importance of Samiti of elders was translated into a slogan: “Sangham saranam gachami”, In Samiti we trust.

The British theory of political philosophy started with Thomas Hobbes (1650 CE). Western civilization was that of constant wars between neighbors, Clusters. They were ignorant of civilizations of peaceful coexistence of clusters that evolved elsewhere. Hobbes’ hypothesis was that it is human nature to steal other people’s property: War of every man with every man. It supplied the theoretical justification for colonial rule.

Hypothesis

God was imported from Nile by Greeks to rob Hindu.

The beliefs afterlife, judgment, heaven, soul, and resurrection were alien to Hindu. These beliefs were invented in Nile (3000 BCE). Greeks and Romans (350 BCE) used them in Nile to rob local people. Christians (100 CE) in Nile perfected them.

www.RaoInSeattle.com Indian History.pdf page 6

The Nile beliefs were time tested tools to rob local people. War robbed the rich: the Nilebeliefs robbed the poor. Invaders made steady stream of money from the poor.

The Greek model in Nile required local Gods, not Gods of invaders, to attract and rob locals. Unlike forced robbing of war, God is a voluntary robbing of poor. All Gods demanded offerings. In Nile, Greeks built expensive temples to house local Gods: Philae, Kom Ombo, Edfu, Esna, and Dendara. Greeks were interested in robbing of locals, not spreading their religion. Only local Gods attracted people to temples to be robbed, offerings. Profit margin was proportional to size of the temple.

Hindu never had Gods in their entire history of tens of thousands of years of evolution. Hindu were honest and hard working people, not interested in robbing other people as a means of wealth accumulation. They had no need for Gods.

How do you rob Hindu who had no God? Greeks wanted a way to introduce the conceptof God to Hindu to make Greek model of Nile work in India.

Z93 of Persia origin and Greeks formed an alliance to rob peace loving Hindu. Z93 were used to rob super rich gullible Rajan with Yajna, conspicuous consumption. According to Puranas, Yajna was performed only in Kashmir and Kanyakubja. DNA analysis confirms that spacial density of Z93 is only between Kashmir and Kanyakubja. Ashoka made Yajna illegal. Z93 were desperate, starving, and happened to be along the path of invaders. Z93 and Greeks sought each other. Z93 invented Gods that were acceptable to Hindu. Greeks built temples for the invented Gods. They split the profits.

West Indus Z93 worshiped Asura. East Indus Z93 worshiped Deva. Hindu, the other Haplogroups, never worshiped any God. Asura and Deva were Z93, Persia Gods. They did not have Nile beliefs. To be robbed, Hindu needed local Gods with Nile beliefs.

Hindu Gods with Nile beliefs were invented by Z93 in the age of Agama (200 BCE to 200 CE), which corresponds to Greek invasions. Z93 were ignorant of Nile. At that time, only Greeks in Alexandria knew about Nile beliefs. Agama of Z93 was Alexandriaversion of Nile beliefs, translated into Sanskrit. Alexandria library was well known. Agamic Gods were imitations of Alexandria Gods, with Hindu tastes. They were the exact opposite of Asura and Deva, Gods of Z93. Agamic Gods were commissioned work.

Z93 invented many customized local Gods to lure Hindu to temples to be robbed. Each fictional God had his own fictional Purana glorifying his birth and accomplishments.

www.RaoInSeattle.com Indian History.pdf page 7

There were hundreds of Purnanas. Greeks who invested heavily in temple construction stayed behind the screen. It was a well orchestrated road show run by Z93. Greeks were happy to pocket the profits on their investments.

To invaders, temple for a local God was a capital investment with high profit margin. Invaders invested heavily in temple construction. It was the Greek model in Nile. SomeHindu Rajan imitated the model and built temples to commemorate their victories, to robthe locals. God in a Temple was a cash cow. All Gods demanded offerings, voluntary tax, from worshipers. They supplied steady stream of profits to investors.

Hindu Gods, with Nile beliefs, exist only in Z93 Puranas composed after 200 CE (Greco-Bactrian Kanishka). Z93 were experts in marketing fiction as history. There is no archeological evidence of Hindu Gods or Temples before the Agama period.

Kanishka paid Z93 to invent God Buddha, as an incarnation of Vishnu, to rob Hindu. God Buddha was invented in Kashmir, home of Z93, during the Fourth Council. Biography of God Buddha is pure fiction, fabricated by Z93, to market God Buddha to gullible Hindu.

Since Kanishka paid for the invention he claimed full ownership rights to God Buddha. He refused to share his profits with Z93. The alliance went sour. Z93 treated God Buddha as a double cross and disowned him.

Giant size statute of Buddha was a replica of Rameses in Nile. Kanishka paid for all those Buddha statutes along the Silk Road, from Kashmir to Levant. They were capital investment with high profit margin. Buddha statue was a money making machine.

What is currently marketed in academic circles as Hindu History and Philosophy is mostly fiction, invented by Z93, to rob Hindu with God. It is consistent with Hobbes’ hypothesis: It is human nature to rob others. Z93 were glorified in the West for supporting Hobbes’ hypothesis.

Historians never bothered to use scientific tools to validate adduced evidence. They admitted any hearsay evidence that favored their hypothesis.

Hindu were native to the subcontinent consisting of Haplogroups H, L, O, R1a, and R2.They are the vast majority of the population. They lived there for tens of thousands of years. They were peace loving compassionate people who respected other people’s rights and property. They had no God or Religion until Greeks invented them.

www.RaoInSeattle.com Indian History.pdf page 8

Rishi were Hindu Rajan of Haplogroup R1a who mastered logic. They were only a handful. They composed Upanishads of Scientific Method.

Brahmin Priests were Hindu of Haplogroup R2, who learned Sanskrit. They were opportunists, who called themselves Brahmin. They practiced social segregation, to protect their monopoly, to restrict entry. They came into existence only after Ashoka.

Z93 were Haplogroup R1a-Z93 of Persia whose ancestors were expelled from Persia for worshiping Deva instead of Asura. They existed only in Kashmir and Kanyakubja. They were ignorant of logic. They invented Agamic Gods, with Nile beliefs, to rob Hindu. They composed fictional Puranas.

Brahmin Priests masqueraded as Z93 for self glorification.

Z93 masqueraded as Rishi for self glorification.

Greeks opening the Khyber pass to invaders changed the course of evolution on the subcontinent. Hindu civilization was a victim of Natural Selection of evolution.

Natural Selection of evolution favored the Hobbes’ hypothesis: War of every man with every man.

Stealing other people’s property as a means of wealth accumulation was the new civilization.

Hindu civilization of Compassion, Respect for other people’s property, Logic of the Brahma Sutra, Science of the Bhagavad Gita, Wisdom of Upanishads, Unanimous consent of Samiti of elders, and Peaceful coexistence of autonomous clusters of democratic republics is lost.

We need to excavate archeological information to discover and understand the lost Hindu civilization.
