Each of our games undergoes etensive pl aytesting prior to its release . Through this p rocess we hope touncover and correct any errors in programming . However, due to the comple nature of our simulations,some program errors may go undetected until after publication . I n a d d i t i o n t o e r r o r s i n t h e p r o g r a m , t h e r ea r e o c c a s i o n a l l y p r o b l e m s w i t h t h e d i s k i t s e l f . We eperience the industry standard of approimately a to5 failure rate of duplicated disks . Before assuming that a disk is defective, make sure to check your diskd r i v e . Up to 95 of the disks returned to us as defective will run fine on our computer systems . O f t e n t h ep r o b l e m i s w i t h a d i s k d r i v e t h a t n e e d s s e r v i c i n g f o r a l i g n m e n t , s p e e d , o r c l e a n i n g .
