What is a Site Review?

A comprehensive report and discussion concerning your CSO site. We suggest completing a site review with your CRM at least once every 2-3

years. If you’re a DIY-er, try your hand at completing a site review on your own with

our tips!

Databases to Review:

• How many admins do you have within your site? How many active, how many inactive, how many have supervisor access?

• How many students within your site- Active, inactive

• How many employers/employer contacts within site - Active, Inactive

How do I get these numbers? • Database > Student, Admin, Contact, Employer > Search• Activity Log (Tools > Activity Logs)

• Reports (Placements, Referrals, Observations, Jobs)• System Stats
