D.I .Y: Coffee Filter Ruff Necklace

instructions:Step 1: Gather Materials Needed:Coffee filters, Scissors, Hole Punch, Stapler, Ribbon Step 2-4: Fold coffee filter in eighths (fourths, for a wider ruff) Step 5:Staple Filter Step 6:Punch a hole below staple

Step 7:Trim point below the punched hole Step 8: String all pieces onto ribbon Step 9:Repeat until ruff is large enough to cover your neck Step 10:Come to the Renaissance Ball wearing your Ruff this Friday at The Dayton Art Institute!
