1. This Division congratulates the following level 1 accredited schools under the Accreditation

Program for Public Elementary Schools (APPES):

2. Per Memorandum dated February 6, 2012, the School Heads of above-named schools are

expected to submit to the Division APPES Coordinator, the following required documents:

a. 2012 Activity Implementation Report

b. 2013 Action Plan

c. Budget Proposal of the 7,000.00 support fund

3. In order to hasten the release of the Sub-ARO to the Division Office, this Office requests the

Public School District Supervisors/District In-Charge, to follow-up the submission of the reports of

the school heads of the accredited schools on or before February 20, 2013. This will give the

Division time to organize and consolidate reports to be submitted not later than February 28, 2013.

4. All other elementary schools are encouraged to benchmark the practices and to prepare the

self survey instrument as evaluation based on DepEd standards and SBM levels of practice.

5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this memorandum is desired.

L As stipulated in DepEd Order No. 78 s. 2012, APPES support funds shall be utilized for specifc purposes, one of which is as transition support funds for accredited schools with accreditation validity beyond SY 2012-2013.

2. 1 In this connection, this Office directs all School Heads of Level I Accredited Schools to submit the following reports to the Division APPES Coordinators for consolidation, so that the Sub-i.RO can be released:
