Materials:

• (2) stiff craft felt pieces 5" x 7"

• 10" cord or ribbon

• Optional ornament ball for base of loop

• Hot fix crystals for Snowman's buttons and eyes

• Tiny bells and red button for Pluto’s sleigh bell harness and nose

Float second felt piece under frame. Restitch outline on hooped tearaway stabilizer and through bottom layer of felt. Trim felt only just outside outline stitch, leaving stabilizer intact in hoop.

Matching outlines, secure embroidery on top side of frame with glue stick or double-sided tape.

Remove from hoop and trim any excess stabilizer.

Restitch outline a third time (through both layers of felt and stabilizer) and then finish with satin stitch.

Hang them on the tree!

STEP 2Place felt over hooped tearaway stabilizer. Baste in place to secure. Embroider through color stop which outlines design. This outline is best stitched with thread color that matches felt. Remove from frame and trim felt so that it is slightly outside stitching line (as shown). Secure loop at top on underside with tape. OPTIONAL: Add any embellishments at this time. Hot fix crystals have been applied to the snowman.
