Discovery Day Reflection

Really enjoyed the morning activities – will use some of them with my class. The listening game was good and I will use it as a warm up for P.E. I found the use of objects for story telling really helpful and something I will definitely use with my class as it is useful on two levels – language development and developing imagination.

The afternoon discussion was really interesting. I have given much thought to what the project for our school should be and I am going to be looking at developing boys writing as this is something we are already working on. My own personal journey will be following one boy who at the moment refuses to mark make.
