1. The objective of MeeSeva is to provide smart, citizen centric, ethical, efficient and effective governance facilitated by technology. The initiative involves universal and non-discriminatory delivery of all government services to citizens & Businessmen of all strata and improved efficiency, transparency and accountability for the government. The initiative features transformed government-citizen interface at all levels of administration along with a shared governance model.
2 2. It is a one-stop-shop for over 408 G2C and B2C services.

3.Urban MeeSeva centers operate from 9.00AM to 7.00PM on all working days & Sunday from 9.00AM to 1.00PM. Centers are closed on National Holidays.

4. CALL CENTRE This facility provides the citizens to register their grievances pertaining to various Government departments through TOLL FREE Number 1100 from BSNL lines & 18004254440 from any mobile. It also provides advices to the farmers by agriculture scientist. The call centre works 24 HOURS basis in a day.

5. Meekosam A new integrated public grievance redressal system under which grievance petitions received at various levels would be registered, tracked and redressed on a common platform linked to the Aadhaar No of the petitioner to ensure proper accountability through website.
