Ryerson Woods Welcome Center 21950 N. Riverwoods Rd., Riverwoods, IL 60015

The site is the Ryerson Woods Welcome Center (21950 N. Riverwoods Rd., Riverwoods, IL). Take the Edens north. Just after the Dundee Rd. exits, stay to the right and follow the sign I-94 WEST Tollway. This takes you onto the I-94 Spur. Continue on the Spur until the Deerfield Rd. exit. Take that exit. At the top of the exit ramp go left (west) on Deerfield Rd. Proceed west on Deerfield Rd. to Riverwoods Rd. (I think the 2nd traffic light), go right. Drive along Riverwoods Rd. until you see a sign on the left (west) side of the road for Ryerson Conservation area. Go left there and continue straight. Eventually that road goes back to some farm buildings with a big parking lot adjacent. The Welcome Center is one of those barns and is clearly marked.
