• There is a large deficit of 474,400 networking professionals

in Latin America of total demand for 2015

• Gap tends to slightly decrease 1.4% y/y

• However, the deficit will be 32% by 2019, 449,000 FTEs

The lack of skilled professionals continues to be an inhibitor in full adoption of technologies by businesses and governments.
