Digital Marketing Internship

EazyStock is a “startup” within Syncron, a global market leading company developing solutions for after market service optimization. Whilst Syncron’s client base is made of up of large enterprises (e.g. JCB, Mazda, and Volvo), EazyStock work with small to medium sized companies, helping them to optimize their inventories and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction without having excess capital tied up in redundant inventory.

As a digital marketing intern you will be a part of an international, high performing marketing team and report directly to the Head of Global Marketing. Your area of responsibility will be to boost the Nordic lead generation machine with advanced inbound and content marketing strategies and tactics. Our digital team will support you with marketing automation, SEO and web development but you will also get the chance to learn Hubspot, Google analytics, Wordpress, SEMRush and other tools that we use on a daily basis.

Your work will also include supporting and expanding our growing partner network, together with the Head of Global Partner Management.

Responsibilities include: • Develop our inbound marketing strategy and try new, innovative tactics to generate

leads on the Nordic market. • Work in close collaboration with the global demand gen and digital marketing teams on

implementing best practices for SEO, content, branding, social media and more. • Produce content such as blog posts, e-books, videos and infographics. • Develop our partner network and create inbound and outbound marketing activities

together with our Nordic partners.

You are: • Eager to work in an entrepreneurial, innovative and agile environment where every day

is different and the tempo is high. • Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn more about concepts like

Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation, SEO and Social Media. • Interested in branding, business development and partner strategy. This is a chance to

get a holistic view of the business and understand how all pieces come together to generate growth.

• A great writer with excellent Swedish. Content marketing is key to our strategy and you must be able to capture the right audience and communicate our brand values and product benefits in an engaging tone. The corporate language is English but you will mostly be producing content in Swedish, targeted to the Nordic market.

• A strategic minded doer who takes initiatives and can work independently on implementing tactics and running projects.

• A team player and great communicator. No this is not just a buzz-word to us, we put great value in communicating, continuously asking for feedback and helping each other. This is especially important since we are a global team, distributed over geography and time-zones.
