Our newest release for DHQ addresses the problem of policy management. Many departments have expressed their concern of managing the sheer paperwork involved with policy management. Policy Sign Off allows for supervisors to pull reports on who has and who hasn’t signed off on polices. An optional feature allows supervisors to track when they have reviewed the policy with an officer. Policy Sign Off also prompts sworn officers to read and sign off on required policies and guidelines.

Traditionally, training management can be cumbersome and time-consuming. Our Training Management feature for DHQ allows a user to quickly create training offerings to your officers in a one-click sign up format. A user can manage the number of participants, attach train-ing materials and control sign ups. Training Coordinators can assign officers to courses and notify officers via email or postings. Courses may also be posted to allow individual officers to sign up for convenient time slots. Courses can be configured to allow for specific class size limits and department practice. Reports are also generated as to who has signed up and when.
