The Front Cover.

The artist is placed in the centre of the Digipack; this connotes her being a solo singer songwriter because no one else in on the front cover.

The artist name and Digipack name are both the same. By naming the album the same as the artist it again connotes her being a solo singer songwriter, because it is solely the artist’s name for both Digipack name as well.

The front cover has displayed exclusive singles that are included on the album, this would be an advertising method to attract more people to buy the Digipack by telling them there are the artist’s singles included.

The choice of colour sets the mood for the Digipack. The darker tones show personality of the artist connoting her as a singer songwriter by showing part of her personality.

The artist isn’t looking directly at the camera/audience, this shows a slight mysterious side to her; connoting her being a singer songwriter by showing parts of her personality.

The Inside Sleeve.The inner sleeve front cover shows the artist taking up the whole page, this connotes her being a solo singer songwriter because there is no one else in the shot. She is shown wearing make-up and looking air brushed, this would be perceived as attractive to male audiences as well as female who may see this look desirable. By the artist looking directly at the camera it makes the audience feel she is looking directly at them, this may be used as an advertising technique because it entices the audience to feel at one with the artist.

Inside the sleeve displays the lyrics to each song, along with a different picture of the artist. By showing a picture of the artist the booklet constantly reminds the audience who's Digipack it is, an advertising technique showing off the artist. Each picture shows Pixie showing her outgoing personality, connoting her as a solo singer songwriter because she is displaying her personality and is alone in every shot.

The CD Tray.

The CD tray is where the CD itself is put in the Digipack. The artist is displayed sitting on a chair in what may be perceived by audiences as quite a sexual yet with attitude manner to sit. This would be used as an advertising technique to show off Pixie’s ‘naughtier’ side, again connoting her being a singer songwriter who are known for their music being all about their personalities. The colours in the background are a very basic white, this makes the artist stand out more with the emphasis of her being in the centre if the shot, again connoting her as a solo singer songwriter because she is the centre of attention.

The Back Cover.The lyrics are listed down the right hand side of the back cover in black and the numbers in red. This choice of colours are usually related with being quite sexual colours, this denotes part of the personality of the Digipack which connotes the artist being a singer songwriter because she is again exploiting parts of her personality through her music.

The artist’s name and name of the Digipack are displayed in white, which helps it stand out from the dark background on the back cover. By placing the most important parts of information on either side of the artist it presents them as a trio denoting the order of three so the audience could not mistake the name of the Digipack or artist.

The artist is displayed wearing an all black outfit with leather leggings, again exploiting her ‘sexier’ side connoting her as a singer songwriter. Her ‘sexy’ look would be used to advertise the Digipack again to both male and female audiences by giving them something attractive to look at or desire.

The back cover displays Pixie’s exclusive website and also an offer to get bonuses of the Digipack, this is used to advertise it as showing the audience there is more with the Digipack, as well as attracting people to her website.

The background colours are very relaxed and dark which sets a mysterious theme to the album, this denotes Pixie’s personality because throughout the Digipack she has shown herself to be quite sexy and mysterious.
