Goal of workshop

• To strengthen information literacy skills of librarians and information workers, particularly in providing them with methodologies and techniques to enable information literacy programmes to be established in their own institutions in the S. Caucasus region

• To review existing information skills activities in participant’s institutions.

• To introduce participants to concepts of information literacy

• To strengthen information literacy skills in the electronic environment
