origin determines his or her educational and life outcomes?

Deliver education to remote/rural communities where many qualified

teachers may not be interested in practicing?

Design ways of managing teacher performance that reward strong educators

and reflect student outcomes?

Empower teachers to fulfill a lack of resources in their schools by raising

funds independently?
