When my brother John and I founded Simplicity Solutions Group in 2013, we wanted to bring our thought leadership and technical know-how of software and websites to businesses in an effort to help simplify the way they do business.

We have come a long way since and over the course of a few years have simplified many businesses through technology. Our websites, apps, design work and custom software combine user-friendliness and affordability with cutting edge-technology enabling companies large and small to grow. As technology becomes increasingly intertwined with our lives our mission has become more vital than ever.

TECHNOLOGY IS THE MECHANISM THROUGH WHICH ORGANIZATIONS BUILD, SUSTAIN, AND GROW THEIR BUSINESSES IN TODAY'S WORLD.This is the new normal and will continue to be so. We’re up to the challenge of staying ahead of the curve and continuing to provide relevant websites and software to end-users as times and technology continue to change.

In the midst of continued growth, Simplicity Solutions Group is positioning itself for sustained success by strategically planning for the future. That means analyzing where technology is taking us and staying on the forefront of new trends.

Systemizing and growing our reach while focusing on emergent technologies such as RFID tracking, software as a service, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, virtual reality and the internet of things (IOT) will be critical and relevant for continuing to simplify the way businesses do business.

Brothers Bill and John Fairfull grew up with an inherent enthusiasm for electronics and computers. As technology rapidly changed throughout the 1990s and into the new millennium this interest fostered a zeal for software.

During this time Bill became an expert in developing records management and document conversion systems for government and corporate accounts while John achieved great success crafting complex website and content management systems for medical agencies and businesses. Their continued interest in new technologies fueled a desire for discovering innovative ways in which technology could best serve and simplify businesses. John and Bill quickly determined that implementing cost-effective, user-friendly, and comprehensive software systems for businesses was the way to go.

A newfound spirit for entrepreneurship, decades of experience and a mutually shared desire to simplify business was the foundation for Simplicity Solutions Group, which the brothers Fairfull founded in 2013 in Sanford, Florida.

Since the firm has seen tremendous growth. Not long after its founding, John’s wife Rakel, who started her own web and graphic design company at age 14, came on board, adding a design division.

Today, Simplicity Solutions Group resides in Orange City, has added many to its staff and has come to proudly witness over 50 entities utilizing its software and even more, its services. From national clients such as the EPA, U.S. Dept. of State and National Institutes of Health to local businesses, the company has certainly found its place in the software and technology sector.

Most recently the organization started its Simply Serve Initiative, a corporate social responsibility program aimed at giving back to the local community through volunteerism, special nonprofit and local business rates, event sponsorships and fundraising efforts.

From software and graphic design, to web design and philanthropic endeavors, SimplicitySolutions Group has come a long way in a short time.

As emerging technologies continue to change the way businesses conduct business, Simplicity Solutions Group is excited to continue to innovate its services and product line to meet the needs of companies large and small, local and global.

1. INTRODUCTIONIn this stage we get to know you and your business through either a proactive (outbound) or reactive (inbound) introduction.

2. CONSULTATIONThis is where we match your needs with the opportunities of our services. Getting to know you and your organization is the goal of every consultation. Alignment, needs, mutual reciprocity; all of these play an important role in establishing a project plan and relationship. If there is interest by the potential client we will draft a Project Agreement (containing our policies) and Project Proposal (containing a quote for services/work) to be signed and discussed further.

We utilize a relational and consultative engagement process with current and potential clients and partners. The work we do directly affects your business and we want to maintain a healthy and productive working relationship that meets your needs first and foremost.

3. ACTIVATIONIf a Project Agreement and Project Proposal are both to a client or partner’s liking, we set a date to “activate” the relationship and project. This involves assigning you and your business a Project Lead, establishing a Performance Scorecard for your project, establishing a Communication Channel and beginning production.

4. PRODUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENTFrom this point on, we monitor the process and ensure that we deliver to you what was promised. This stage is about stewardship and working with you to keep projects on track. The end result… a successful project!

Our excellent team of designers has experience working with large companies, entertainment, as well as small local businesses designing a variety of digital and print materials such as logo/idendities, illustration and iconography, branding and marketing collateral, sales materials, menus, flyers, signage, products and packaging, online and print advertising, social media, blog and infographics, tradeshow displays, and more.

DESIGNWe specialize in everything from simple marketing websites to complex enterprise solutions built on our proprietary application framework. The majority of websites we make are built using WordPress, the worlds leading content management system. We have experience in a wide variety of vertical markets including hospitality, retail, healthcare, arts and entertainment, technology, lifestyle and government.

CUSTOM WEBSITES

We create hybrid HTML5 mobile apps using Apache Cordova, which provides access to hardware functionality though plugins. We have extensive experience building hybrid mobile apps and have even contributed our own work to the Cordova plugin repository. Hybrid mobile apps allow us to efficiently build and test one app for a variety of mobile platforms, which saves you time and money.

MOBILEWe create custom web-based software solutions tailored specifically for your needs and workflow. Our technology solutions make business simplier, more effective and more efficient. Some of our software products include hybrid records management, asset tracking frameworks, complex enterprise applications, file label software, inventory management, RFID integration and record management systems (RMS).

SOFTWARE

Simplicity.Online is a local digital marketing platform. We took the same tools and platform we use to build expensive, complex websites and apps and simplified them for small businesses with a budget on their time & money. For lack of a budget, too many small businesses rely on site builders or people who have little to no experience. It makes a difference to go with something better - many customers who visit your website will experience your brand for the first time.

Your website is the backbone of your digital marketing strategy. We will build your site with WordPress, which is the most popular platform in the world, allowing you to edit your website content yourself and publish a blog through an interface similar to a word processor. There is no lengthy design process and no expensive upfront cost to get started with simplicity.online.
