Objective

Desired Outcome

- To increase knowledge and awareness of those involved in the DHA process to better assist Sailors in completing their DHAs and increase DHA compliance to meet the DoD minimum goal of 95%.

- Increased DHA process knowledge of command representatives to better assist Sailors in complying with the DHA requirements.

- Command representatives will be able to create, edit and cancel deployment events and print DHA reports in the Medical Readiness Reporting System (MRRS).

deployment event is moved to the “Deployment History” section.

PDHRA Email Notification

MRRS will email the Sailor when the PDHRA

becomes Due, Overdue, and then every 2

months thereafter until complete and up to 1

year after return, provided the Sailor’s email

is a “.mil” or a “.edu” address.

The email address is provided from the Navy

Standard Integrated Personnel System

(NSIPS) to MRRS. The email address in

MRRS can also be updated in the “Member”

tab under the “Comprehensive Medical

Entry” feature.

“PDF File” or “Excel Spreadsheet” for
