-If the “Est. End Date” is reached in the “Active Deployment” section, the

deployment event is moved to the “Deployment History” section.

-The “Est. End Date” becomes the “End Date” in the “Deployment History”

section. The “End Date” will change to the departure from theater date once

a PDHA is completed.

- The “Current Status” section displays the information you can use in

guiding your Sailors to complete the DHAs requirements.

Completed Active Deployment created via “Multiple Medical Entry” feature can

only be verified or viewed individually using the “Deploy” tab under the

“Comprehensive Medical Entry” feature.

- In this example, the Pre-DHA (completed in conjunction with MHA) has yet to be

completed, therefore the “MHA Pre” window in the “Active Deployment” section

is blank. Because it is within 120 days prior to the deployment start date, the

“MHA Pre” is displayed as “Due” in the “Current Status” section.

Past deployment events are in the “Deployment

History “ and can only be deleted individually via the

Comprehensive Medical Entry. Click “Edit” at the

end of the row to open the event. Click “Delete

Record” then a prompt appears. Click “OK” and the

event is deleted.


PDHRA Exemptions

If the reason for the PDHRA exemption is not

one of the standard exemption then Select

“Other” and enter a brief explanation in the

“Exemption Explanation” window and click

“Save.”

NOT ACCEPTABLE Exemptions: -Sailor on terminal leave

-Transferred to another unit or PCS

-MBR Did not complete a Pre-DHA or PDHA

-GUAM/PHILLIPINES Deployment

Once PDHRA exemption entry is saved, the

PDHRA and MHA (2), (3) and (4) status will

display as “Not Required”.


PDHRA Email Notification

MRRS will email the Sailor when the PDHRA

becomes Due, Overdue, and then every 2

months thereafter until complete and up to 1

year after return, provided the Sailor’s email

is a “.mil” or a “.edu” address.

The email address is provided from the Navy

Standard Integrated Personnel System

(NSIPS) to MRRS. The email address in

MRRS can also be updated in the “Member”

tab under the “Comprehensive Medical

Entry” feature.

-Click “Reports”

and select

“Deployment”


Selecting the Type of Report

Select the type of report from the

“Report Title” drop down menu, enter

the UIC in the “Unit” window, and select

“PDF File” or “Excel Spreadsheet” for

“Output Type”. - Use “Run” for smaller

reports and the report will automatically

be presented.

- Use “Submit Report” for larger reports.
