Office of the Department of Statistics, H.N.B. Garhwal University Chauras Campus.

1. Counselling Call Letter

2. High School Certificate as a proof of age.

3. Mark sheet of Qualifying Examination (Graduation) / Intermediate / 10+2

4. Certificate of NCC / NSS / Sports / Extra Curricular Activities if claiming for weightage

5. TC, CC and Migration Certificate in original from the University / Institution last passed

6. Category Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/ or Any sub Category, if any issued by competent

authority

7. Gap Year Affidavit(If Applicable).

8. Character Certificate in Original.

9. Migration Certificate in Original.

10. One set of attested copy of all documents
