3. Follow all Animal Welfare and Biosecurity policies and procedures.

4. Maintain facilities, equipment and machinery in excellentworking condition.

5. Conduct regular farm visits, complete all pertinent paperwork, and follow-up with grower/site manager inwritten and/or verbal form.

6. Coordinate, communicate, and manage the internal andexternal pig movements. This includes weaned pigs, feeder pigs, and market hogs

7. Carry out vaccination schedule, and manage the on-sitepharmaceutical inventory as well as administrationprocesses and withdrawal time.

8. Maintain a veterinarian/client/patient relationship with thecompany’s veterinarians, and adhere to their guidelineswith regards to herd health and improvement.

9. Incorporate the core principles of PQA+ and TQA10. Entrust in the company’s mission, vision, values, and

goals.
