Learn how to put together a fashion line like the pros. We will explore the basics of color, silhouette, and design direction. Everyone will have fun coming up with mood boards, swatches and Design presentation boards.

Learn the basics of sewing including basic textile terminology, working with a sewing machine, reading and cutting commercial patterns, simple handwork, and complete an easy pajama bottom project

As a lover of fashion, Denise has realized there are others out there who share her passion,but do not have quality access to training. In addition she found that basic sewing skills for apparel are not being taught. So, the idea was formed to share her knowledge with others right here in Omaha, and hopefully foster some creative genius that just needs to be released!

Denise has a 30+ years of expertise in fashion and costume design. Her resume includes: 20 years as the head costume designer for the Omaha Community Playhouse, 6 years working as a costumerin Los Angeles, and 7 years as senior designer for Adidas.In 1989 she designed and made Marilyn Quyale’s Innagural Ball Gown, and in 1992 was named the o�cial Couturier for the Ak-Sar-Ben Coronation and Ball
