About Us
F1 Modular is a UK-based manufacturer of factory finished modular buildings.
We also specialise in low volume bespoke projects and ‘one-offs’ that we
typically design for an individual setting

The UK government has set a target to deliver 200,000 affordable homes
annually, equating to a £20 billion market sector
We believe that there is a strong demand to deliver high quality affordable
housing and to deliver it quickly
The new LHC New Homes Framework provides a unique opportunity for the
public sector to directly procure modular offsite housing via a fully audited
framework
F1 Modular is the only company to be awarded all eight regions of England
and Wales for the delivery of volumetric offsite products under the NH1
framework (Modules only), and one of 3 Companies on the NH3 Framework,

Modular construction
– Designed for the future – Not ‘Prefab’
We believe modular construction is the building method of the future.
Although not new, (prefabricated or “prefab” houses have been around for a
long time) techniques and materials have moved with the times
Our modular buildings are tested for a lifecycle in excess of 60 years. We use
only the highest quality materials because our buildings have to be robust
enough to cope with the rigours of lifting and transportation
One of the main attractions of our pods is speed of delivery and quality.
Factory construction means we work in all weathers, so there are no delays.
And pods are usually craned into position in just 2 hours
