• First thing you must do when you get off the plane is to

go to TRANS DELPHOS VIP ROOM. They are our official

Transport Partners . (Just tell them you are an AIESECer)

• WE ASK YOU PLEASE NOT TO USE ANY AIESEC SHIRT

WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO THE AIRPORT. This is for security

matters.

IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE MARCH 14th (YOU PAY) • Trans Delphos costs are:

• 15,000CLP (30USD aprox) per 4 extra passenger and

4,000CLP (8USD aprox) for each extra passenger.

• We will schedule groups. Please when you arrive to the

airport ask at Trans Delphos desk if you are assigned a

group and departure time.

IF YOU ARRIVE ON MARCH 14th (WE PAY) • We will schedule groups. One CC Member will be

in the airport to guide you in the morning- and

afternoon. If you arrive early in the morning or at

night Trans Delphos personal will help you.

WEATHER

Santiago and Viña has

similarities in their weather.

Cold in the morning, sunny and

windy in the evening and cold

and windy in the night. So you

better bring both hot and cold

weather clothes. And believe

us…it’s the beach but it gets

really cold.

Chile's currency is the peso. There are

coins of 1, 5, 10, 50, 100 and

500 pesos. And notes of 1,000, 2,000,

5,000, 10,000 and

20,000 pesos. One U.S.

dollar equals about $500 pesos and

a Euro to $ 670 pesos.

We are going to assign a meeting point for all

ILC Delegates that arrive before March 15th

You have to arrive to Plaza de Armas in front of

Catedral Metropolitana. Find how to get there

from anywhere in google maps.

We are going to have one CC member waiting

for you there

You’ll have to take “El metro” line 5 direct to

USM “Camino Agrícola Station”

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. From Airport delegates will arrive directly to USM (Universidad Técnica

Santamaria).

2. You move to the check-in table.

3. The check in will begin at 9:00am. Delegates that are in Chile before

March 15th have to be present at the same hour.

4. They check their insurance . If the don’t have they will have to buy one

for the time they’ll be staying here in Chile. TO HAVE AN INSURANCE

IS MANDATORY FOR ALL DELEGATES.

5. After you proved that you have the insurance the check in team will give

you the official Name Tag and the lunch ticket.

6. A color bracelet will be given to you, in order to classify your luggage by

color. All the luggage will have the name of the owner.

7. When you complete this process you will proceed to the main plenary.

GLOBAL VILLAGE GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. All delegation will have from 9:00am to 11:00am to prepare

their stand for Global Village.

2. We will assign the tables per country during the event.

3. We need to be really professional with the way we behave

because we are going to have externals and partners during

the Global Village.

4. Every delegation will have 2 minutes to perform a typical

dance (optional) Roll Call will be played during the event.

5. We kindly ask all delegations to be careful with the food and

beverages that will be given. The plenary has a carpet and we

MUST assure that it won’t get stained.

6. You can’t bring flags to the Global Village.

7. The GV will end at 12:30m. Every delegation will have

30minutes to clear their space.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. All delegates will be directed to the lunch zone.

2. They must present their meal ticket when they get to the lunch

station.

3. If a delegate loseS their meal ticket they’ll have to pay

1,000CLP (2USD TO GET A NEW ONE)

4. All delegates will have from 13:00pm to 13:45pm to eat their

lunch.

5. They are going to be needed inside the plenary by 14:00

sharp.

6. We’ll have food in the event we ask you to don’t go outside

the venue

YOUTH 2 BUSINESS GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. All delegates must be inside the plenary at 14:00pm

2. A electronic check in will be needed when they enter the

plenary

3. During the plenary all delegates must show professionalism

during sessions, Global Partners, Local Partners and Externals

will be in the event.

4. We will have 2 coffee breaks during the event and 1

refreshment.

5. After the panel all delegates must proceed to their respective

workshop.

6. Delegates can’t change workshop for any reason.

7. After returning from workshops to plenary and after the

closing act, ALL DELEGATES MUST STAY IN THEIR SEATS…the

CC Team will give logistical Instructions

FROM USM TO VIÑA GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. We are going to assign 2 AIESECers in each bus to explain the

check in process.

2. We will allocate delegations by color in each bus

3. The bus will leave to Viña at 8:30pm sharp

4. All delegates that arrive late will have to directly get to Viña.

5. We will coordinate the transport company to take the

delegates to the bus station when they get late and delegates

will have to pay their own bus ticket. (6,000CLP – 12USD)
