• Pipeline Cleaning & Testing Pigs• Pipeline and Pigging Accessoires • Polyurethane Products In addition PolyEurope offers also tailored solutions using AutoCAD Inventor Design technology.
Our pipeline pig supply program consist the manufacture of Poly Foam Pigs, Decoking Pigs, Mono-Directional Pigs fitted with cups (standard scraper or conical) and Bi-Directional Pigs fitted with discs (soft sealing, hard guiding) and custom made pigs starting at size 2” upto 100” for Poly Foam Pigs and size 4” upto 60” for Mono / Bi-Directional Pigs.
Our auxiliary pipeline program consist the supply of Receivers & Transmitters, Signallers, Weld Testers, Test Plugs, Quick Closure Doors, Launchers, Receivers en Welding Clamps.

Pipeline Services and ConsultancyPolyEurope is a solution provider for bespoke Oil & Gas Pipeline Services and Consultancy and equipment sales. These services are also offered to Water Boards and Municipalities dealing with sewage and water pipelines. Our primary focus is to deliver quality end-to-end service packages and innovative solutions where each service and solution is individually designed and delivered to our client’s needs.

Pipelines in Pre-Commissioning and De-Commissioning stages.
PolyEurope can undertake a complete Commissioning programme through the services and equipment available. PolyEurope’s Pipeline Services include: Pigging & Pig Tracking, utilising Cleaning, Gauging, Calliper & In Line Inspection Services, Product Displacement, Pipeline Drying and Hydrostatic Pressure Testing of Pipelines, Extensions, Flanges and Internal Welds.
PolyEurope operates as an Independent Pipeline Service Provider and has the flexibility to work with most of the well-known In Line Inspection companies around the world.
PolyEurope consequently is able to advise clients with cost saving solutions for both MFL and UT Inspection techniques.
PolyEurope can operate as main contractor with the flexibility to provide bespoke solutions as a stand-alone service.
