Rodney “Sky” Walker is a Decatur, IL native who was a standout basketball player St. Teresa High School, where he averaged over 32 points per game and scored over 1,300 points in two seasons. He also went on to become the Macon County Player of the Year in 1991, after dropping 52pts in a single game against Mahomet Seymour High School.
Rodney was ranked the #1 & #4 best shooting guard in the country by Street & Smith and the Sporting News. In 1993, Rodney chose nationally ranked NewMexico State University “Aggies” to continue his college basketball career.
After college, Rodney was drafted by the CBA Grand Rapids organization, which was based in Michigan. From there, he continued his professional career overseas.

Rodney is currently the Head BoysBasketball coach at Decatur EisenhowerHigh School. After years of playingoverseas, Rodney now lives in Decatur,with his wife Karen, son RJ and daughterSydney.
