I am to ensure that each resident is assessed for need and has a formally developed care plan, ensuring the involvement of the resident and his/her family, as required. I am to ensure that appropriate individual care is given to each resident, in accordance with their care plan. I am to consult with outside organisations: ie, GP's, District Nurses, Social Services, etc. I am to ensure the provision of adequate staff.
