Construction moving in Procedure on 21 Jan 2018 1. On 21 Jan 2018, from 14:00 - 22:00 hrs., and 22-23 Jan 2018, from 08:00 - 22:00 hrs., all contractors must be

entrance at Gate No. 9 for loading construction to Exhibition Hall at Loading Bay. 2. After Loading, All contractors must park the vehicle at Parking Area (P8) beside Gate No.9. 3. On 23 Jan 2018, from 08:00 - 13:00 hrs., All exhibitors must be loading portable items and construction to

Exhibition Hall at Loading Bay.

Construction moving out Procedure on 26 Jan 2018 1. On 26 Jan 2018, at 18:01 - 24:00 hrs., all exhibitors are allowed to move-out their hand carried products or

exhibit at 18:01 - 24:00 hrs. at ramp, and allowed to park their vehicle at opposite side of Loading Bay. 2. On 26 Jan 2018, at 20:01 - 24:00 hrs., all contractors and exhibitors are allowed to bring their own truck to

remove constructions or other equipment at Loading Bay (ONLY enter at Gate No. 9) 3. All exhibitors must complete their tear down by 13:00 hrs. of 27 Jan 2018.

Rules & Regulations Loading Area:

1. The truck can only proceed to the loading bay when all constructions and other equipment are ready to be moved. If constructions or equipment are not ready, the truck is not allowed to park and wait at the loading bay.

2. Please do not leave your vehicle. There must be at least one authorized officer at the exhibit booth all times of loading-in period.

Rules & Regulations

1. Shell Scheme stand: 3.00 x 3.00 m. (area 9 sq.m.)

A shell scheme stand will come along with the following items: 1.1 Carpet for 9 sq.m. 1 set 1.2 3 panels for side & back wall (3.00 x 3.00 x 2.50 m.) 1 set

Note: The shell scheme stand at the corner will have only 2 panels 1.3 Fascia with the exhibitor’s name (no company logo) 1 set

Note: Fascia Name maximum of 24 letters The shell scheme stand at the corner will get 2 sets

1.4 2 Fluorescent,1 Spot Light 1 set 1.5 5 Amp. Power plug (for equipment only not for lighting) 1 unit 1.6 Information table with 2 chairs 1 set 1.7 Trash bin 1 unit

Exhibitors are not allowed to saw, drill, hammer, brush, paint, nail, or cut on both sides of wall panel of the shell scheme stand. The organizer will be responsible for carpeting the floor for all shell scheme stands.

2. Raw space exhibition stand Raw space exhibition stand means an area where exhibitors will be responsible for constructing the exhibit booth by themselves, including preparing for the overall construction, booth decoration, carpeting and use of floorboard before doing any floor furnishing. The exhibitors who reserve raw space must comply with the following regulations: 2.1 Prior to commencing any construction, decoration or adjustment of the exhibit site, the exhibitor is required to submit

construction plan (with 2 copies) to N.C.C. Image Company Limited within 25 Dec 2017. All construction must be operated according to the plan that was approved by N.C.C. Image Company Limited. The organizer will use a first- come- first- serve basis in approving the plan. Construction plan includes the following; 1) Floor and wall plan, with grid line, clearly showing dimension numbers (Minimum scale 1:100). 2) Front, top, and side view clearly picture showing dimension numbers (Minimum scale 1:100). 3) Perspective view with details on the material to be used. 4) Stage and sound equipment plan. 5) Electrical equipment and lights plan. Remark: In case the organizer does not receive all the specified plans (1–5), the organizer will not approve the construction plan. The organizer will approve the construction plan and will inform the exhibitor case by case. The organizer reserves full right to adjust any construction plan in a way that will not create a disturbance to other exhibitors. In case the construction plan must be adjusted, the exhibitors must return the adjusted plan back to organizer for re-approval within 5 Jan 2018. If exhibitors fail to submit the construction plan within deadline, the organizer has the right to disallow contractor to build up booth on the above schedule.

2.2 The exhibitor cannot use his neighbour’s panel. If his own panels are higher than the booth nearby, he must make his panels look neat and nice.

2.3 The overall height of stand in exhibition must not exceed 5.00 m. and a double-storey booth is not allowed.

2.4 The raw space exhibition stand must have a fascia or a sign that is clearly showing company name and booth number. If there is any unclear sign, the organizer reserves full right to provide a proper fascia, which exhibitors must take responsibility for any expenses that might occur.

2.5 Exhibitors will be held fully responsible for any loss or damage occurring from their staff or from their contractor’s staff and must act as the coordinator if such situation occurs.

2.6 For security reasons, the usage of electric light is not allowed. If any exhibitors wish to use electric light, please contact official electrical service contractor. Exhibitors are not allowed to use electric supply for machine as electric light in any case.

2.7 Usage of sustaining wire or rope to hold on between the working site and the building’s structure is not allowed. 2.8 In case exhibition booth is decorated with balloons, they can be filled with inflammable helium only, and exhibitors must inform the

organizer at least 15 days prior to the show day. 3. General Rules and Regulations 3.1 Activities that may have smoke, which may disturb other exhibitors and fire alarms, are not allowed. 3.2 In case there is any product or other construction items left behind after moving out period, the organizer will have another contractor

to terminate, in which the organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage. Exhibitors will have to take responsibi lity for expenses that occur plus a penalty fee (1 time of total expenses) to the organizer.

3.3 If exhibitors wish to stay in the exhibition hall after day-end (overnight during 18:00 - 09:00 hrs.), they must inform the organizer before 12:00 hrs. of the same day, as also required paying fee.

3.4 N.C.C. Image Company Limited shall not be responsible for any loss or damage in exhibition booth, which occurs from contractors or their staffs.

3.5 All construction work must be carried out with utmost safety measures. All materials to be used must comply with international standards.

3.6 Any construction remnants or flammable materials; such as thinner and fuels must be cleared away from the working site on a daily basis.

3.7 Welding of metal or similar work that may cause of sparks is strictly prohibited in the exhibition halls. 3.8 Usage of paint with thinner or flammable substances to spray or paint is strictly prohibited on all parts of the building. 3.9 Floor furnishing directly to the floor without the use of floorboard is not allowed. Exhibitors are required to have written permission

for usage of double-sided masking tape if necessary. However, after the booth is dismantled, exhibitors will be held responsible for removing all used tapes from the surface.

3.10 Consumption of food and beverage, smoking, and resting are allowed within the designated working site only. 3.11 Possession or consumption of drugs or alcoholic drinks is strictly prohibited at all parts of the building. 3.12 Fighting and possession of weapon are strictly prohibited at all parts of the building. 3.13 Photo shooting and video filming on all parts of the building is strictly prohibited without permission. 3.14 After finishing the works at the day-end, exhibitors are required to clean the site. N.C.C. Image Company Limited reserves the right to

bill exhibitors who are found not complying with the cleaning regulations. 3.15 Loading is only allowed at the designated loading area, located at the back of the building. Loading through the front of the building is

strictly prohibited. 3.16 N.C.C. Image Company Limited only allows the use of a forklift weighing not over one ton to carry equipment and exhibit items from

the loading area to the exhibit site. The gross weight of the forklift plus the contents it carries must not exceed 2.5 tons. 3.17 Trolleys, pallet jacks or similar kind of vehicles are not allowed to drive on granite, marble, ceramic floors or similar surfaces, unless

prior approval is given by the organizer. If approved, the exhibitor is required to cover the floor with plastic sheet, carpet or plywood as thick as 10 mm. prior to driving such vehicles on.

3.18 Exhibitors, contractors and their staffs are required to strictly comply with the building’s rules and regulations as well as advices from the N.C.C. Image Company Limited staff and security personnel.

3.19 Exhibitors, contractors and their staffs must wear their respective organization uniforms or employee badge at the working site. The security personnel reserve the right to deny entry to those without a uniform or employee badge.

3.20 Should the Operation Team of N.C.C. Image Company Limited after inspection and investigation, find that the company or organizer, after discharged, did not comply with the building’s rules and regulations and had caused damage to the building, such company will have to pay a penalty fee plus reparation expenses that might occur.

3.21 The exhibitor must re-check all electricity has been turned off before leaving the working site or exhibit booth each day. 3.22 Sleeping over at the working site is not allowed. 3.23 Usage of electricity power points on the building’s wall is strictly prohibited. The exhibitor or contractor must reserve an electrical

breaker for use of electricity current. 3.24 To wash or clean equipment tools or any utensils is strictly prohibited in the in-hall restrooms. 3.25 Explosive, radioactive, inflammable or any other dangerous articles are strictly prohibited from entering the venue. 3.26 LPG gas is strictly prohibited in all parts of the building. 3.27 Specific information of Exhibition Hall 1-3

Loading Surfaces : Exhibition Hall 1 - 3 : 2,000 kilograms per square meter. Foyer of Exhibition Hall 1-3 : 500 kilograms per square meter.

3.28 All emergency exits are to be used in case of emergency only and must not be abused for other purposes, such as, smoking. 3.29 In case exhibitors wish to bring exhibit items out of the exhibition area during the show days, they must get written permission from

the organizer. 3.30 Hiring of outside security, cleaning, telecommunications, or any other utility contractors, is required to inform and obtain written

permission from N.C.C. Image Company Limited 3.31 This is to notify to all concerned (the organizer, supporter, sponsors, exhibitors or sub-contractors) that ANY FOOD or

BEVERAGE from outside, (used for either consumption or sold or distribution) is not permitted to be brought into the exhibition area, unless permission is granted in writing from N.C.C. Image Company Limited Violators will be fined THB 50,000 per booth (per area 9 sq.m.) per day.

3.32 The organizer and exhibitor must submit their requirements for electricity, plumbing, air-conditioning, compressed air and all telecommunication services, only to the contractors appointed by N.C.C. Image Company Limited If any organizer or exhibitor bringing in any service from outside providers, into the building and around the building, will result in a penalty fee of THB 50,000 per booth per day per item.

4. Activity & Sound Limitation

4.1 Usage of electronic speakers must not exceed 70 decibels (the organizer will be inspecting each booth by measuring the decibel from the middle of the hallway). All uses of sound must be approved in advance by the organizer. Moreover, the organizer would like the corporation to turn the amplifier only into your booth. Therefore, such activity should not create noise disturbance to others.

4.2 If there are any exhibitors who do not follow this regulation, the organizer reserves the right to terminate all activities of that exhibitor.

5. Contractor Badges 5.1 All contractors and their staff must wear badges when being in the exhibition hall at all times. 5.2 Contractor badges will be numbered. If there is any violator of the rules and regulations, the badges collector agent / contractors

must take full responsibility in all cases. 5.3 Contractor badges can be used during the building-up and dismantling period only.

organizer by 5 Jan 2018. Contractors will not be allowed to enter the exhibition hall if there is no approval from the organizer. Construction plan includes the following;

RULES AND REGULATIONS ON ELECTRICAL SERVICES The organizer has officially appointed N.C.C. Image Company Limited to take full responsibility for these following services. 1. Standard electricity supply

1.1 There are two main power supply circuits: "Lighting Power Circuit" and " Exhibit Power Circuit." 1.2 The standard supply is a single phase AC 220V, 50Hz with approximately 10% voltage fluctuation. For the

safety of your equipment, please use a stabilizer. 1.3 Other requirements; such as, single phase 110V, 50Hz or three phases 220V, 50Hz, can be specially arranged

on request. Please contact our representatives. 1.4 All electrical motors must have independent automatic protection against excessive current

surge. The following starter systems should therefore be used:

1.4.1 Direct on line : for up to 5 Hp motor

1.4.2 Star delta : for 5 to 25 Hp motor

1.4.3 Auto transformer : for above 25 Hp motor 2. Standard shell scheme booth electricity

2.1 The electrical system provided by the organizer in a 3.00 x 3.00 m. standard shell scheme booth comprises of 1 (one) unit of 40 W. fluorescent lamp, 1 (one) unit of 100 W. spotlight standard and 1 (one) unit of 5 Amp socket point with all electrical consumption charges included.

2.2 The Electrical Services Order Form is divided into 4 sections Section A: for exhibitors who need electrical services for their exhibits only. Section B: for exhibitors who require individual light fittings. Section C, D: for exhibitors using their own special light fittings, either installed by themselves or by

N.C.C. Image Co., Ltd. 2.3 Additional electrical requirements have to be ordered through the Electrical Services Order Form with locations

for the installation specified. Please read the terms. 2.4 It is mandatory for those exhibitors who have been authorized to use their own special lighting to order electrical

sources using Section C or D on the Electrical Order Form. 2.5 The organizer reserves the right to disconnect the electrical supply to any installations, which in the opinion of

N.C.C. Image Co. Ltd. could be harmful or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors. 2.6 Power supplies to the exhibits will be switched off at the source 30 minutes after the exhibition closes every

evening and 60 minutes after closing on the final day of the exhibition. Exhibitors who require a 24-hours electricity supply to their specific requirements should apply accordingly to N.C.C. Image Co., Ltd. before the deadline.

2.7 Any illegal connection or adaptation, using of multiple outlet adaptors, or any extension from the socket point found would yield electrical disconnection without prior notification.

3. Special design booth or raw space electricity

3.1 Exhibitors who apply for "Space Only" to build up special designed stands must submit their electrical order together with their layout plan before the deadline.

3.2 General Hall lighting will be provided by the organizer. All power supplies within the booths as well as for demonstrations can be installed by your own electrical contractors upon the organizer's approval. Exhibitors should complete and return the order form with full payment to N.C.C. Image Co.,Ltd. within the stated deadline. For safety's sake, exhibitors are strictly not allowed to connect their exhibit or lighting to the building's main distribution. The organizer reserves the right to stop the power supply in case of improper connections.

3.3 The contractors appointed by the exhibitors must submit the details of the electrical installations, layout and specifications to N.C.C. Image Co.,Ltd. within the deadline indicated on the Order Form. The following requirement must be stated; otherwise, the application may not be considered. 3.3.1 Company name of the contractor. 3.3.2 Names and identification card / passport number of the attending electrical personnel. 3.3.3 Specification and rating in watts per unit of the light fitting. 3.3.4 Layout drawings made by the contractor. 3.3.5 Completed Electrical Order Form.

3.4 Approved electricians can collect their personal badges / work permits from the organizer's show manager’s office in the exhibition hall by providing their own identification cards in exchange.

3.5 All proper power input terminals must be installed by the approved contractor for inspection by N.C.C. Image Co.,Ltd. prior to connection to the supply line.

3.6 Priority will be given to those exhibitors who order their electrical from N.C.C. Image Co.,Ltd. 3.7 Any illegal connection or adaptation, using of multiple outlet adaptors, or any extension from the socket point

found would yield electrical disconnection without prior notification. 3.8 No flashing lights will be permitted unless they from an integral part. 3.9 The organizer reserves the right to disconnect the electrical supply to any installations, which in the opinion of

N.C.C. Image Co.,Ltd. could be harmful or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors. 3.10 All electrical installations must conform strictly to the required standard safety regulations without exception.

Violation of these rules may result in the immediate disconnection by authorized agents.
